The customer service was outstanding! The car was excellent and impeccably clean. I would highly recommend them with a perfect 10 out of 10 rating, and I plan to use their services again the next time I visit Anaheim.

They claim fame on customer service, guess customer service took the night off when I made a reservation. I submitted two different reservations as the first seemed not to submit. But two separate emails hit my account stating success with my rental and an representative would be in contact soon.So half hour passes and I decide to phone being they close at 10:00 and I’ve been done this road with Enterprise, Hertz, and Avis representatives. The agent answered and in short said, there are no vehicles -sorry about the email confirmation but there no cars, phone tomorrow for help.Mind, it’s 8:30 in the evening, leaving an hour to find a solution to my false online reservation. Anaheim Rent A Car please retrieve that customer service statement claiming 100% customer satisfaction to 99% . You easily just dropped the ball and lost a $800.00 sale.Keep up the great work! ?

Fernando is the best!!! He didn’t try to talk me into to getting a car after an accident. Instead he gave me all the options and genuinely cared for my safety. If I need a rental, I’m definitely coming to Anaheim Rent a Car!

I rented from this place last year, and forgot that I didn't write a review after they were so helpful. We only had a day to ourselves and needed a last minute rental car to get to the beach. The staff was super nice and made me feel very welcome. I loved that they let me drop the car off when they were closed. Thank you again and can't wait to visit again soon.

Call to rent a car and just very rude from beginning. Ask me what car I want to rent. I say sedan. He said sold out. Asked for other vehicles and all sold out. Then why ask at first what vehicle I am looking for? If he was nice and treated me right I wouldn't be doing review

Amazing service. Completely saved my trip! There was a mistake at the big branch rental car company and I was left without a car on a Saturday night when I needed that car to take my kids to Universal Studios the next morning. I was referred to Anaheim Rent A Car by my hotel. The owner literally picked me up from my hotel to do the paperwork. The total cost ended up being LESS than the big branch would have cost, and the car was much nicer. If you are traveling around Anaheim, and you need a car, forget about the big branch and go with this company!! A+++++

Loved our car and the service! I will never rent from a big name company in Orange County again. The owner was friendly, polite and had great tips! He even offered to pick up our car from the hotel at no additional charge to make our departure easy! The vehicle was well maintained and ran great! Thank you again Fernando!

What great service!! They helped us out when a large car rental company dropped our reservation last minute and left us stranded. They picked us up, put us in a convertible and made it incredibly easy for us. They even accommodated an airport drop-off. We will rent from them every time we come here (which is often).
