I stayed here last weekend for 2 nights. The beds were fairly comfortable, nice asthetic, large room, AC worked very well.However, parking was absolutely horrific, way more rooms than parking spaces. Walking on the second floor felt very unsafe, like it was going to give way. We were on the 3rd floor and the hotel has no elevators. At both check in and check out we had to wait several minutes for someone to show up at the desk. No counter space at all in the bathrooms. No hair dryer. Water was luke warm. Wish there was extra pillows and blankets available. Phone in room was broken. Curtains were covered in paint.

I made a last minute booking at this hotel to spend an overnight stopover on my way to Tijuana Mexico. I was surprised to find my room very nice and clean. The design is aesthetic and modern. This hotel I learned just went through a complete renovation. I came here with my family 6 years ago and were it not for the location I’d say this is not the same hotel we stayed for three days. I made an advance reservation for my family’s scheduled visit of Disneyland this coming December.

Stayed here in 2016, forgot about this place and would never have remembered until we drove past today. After reading all these reviews, looks like nothing has changed, and I should add my story to the long list of woes.Worst hotel I’ve had the displeasure of staying at, but atleast enough time has past where I can laugh about it. Seemed rundown, but fine and bare minimum clean, until we opened the wall length mirror closet. There were multiple suitcases opened up and filled with dresses and other women’s clothing and a full box of stripper high heels. This was definitely the home of some nefarious acts when the room wasn’t actively being booked by hotel guests. We called the front desk to leave and they said “oh, looks like the previous guest must have left a couple things behind, we’ll pick them up”. You don’t leave that much stuff behind. I shall forever be haunted by that closet.The bathroom also had some roaches, but that seemed pretty chill compared to the other disturbance.

Wild in the worst way possible.Please view what the last photo for what is expected and what our “upgrade✨” was. Got that two bed since it was the last one on the Expedia site. We booked the same night so it’s understandable. Total of $112 plus $7 parking. So, $120 give or take for a room that had no working tv, front staff couldn’t figure it out so they “upgraded” us to a one bed. Girl, I’m sorry, but I would’ve preferred no working TV. At that point, the room felt so disgusting we used our blankets as a sheet. Couldn’t use the restroom in peace. Felt disgusting in there.The absolute courage to say this is an upgrade. Giving this room out at all is a disgrace. If it ain’t ready doll, DON’T use it. No discount or refund given, just a “ they make tvs so cheap now” girl HUH!? Just buy a Roku device that plugs in instead of using remotes that literally are not working and falling apart in the back. Shameful.

Located within a 15 minute walk to Micky and friends parking garage.Must request a hair dryer if needed.Rooms are reasonable. Plug ins are difficult to access with room design.Front desk service was great.

This hotel is disaster we thought we are in scary documentaries or we are being pranked as soon as we drive in ! The hotel is lightly remodelled but they are using old showers which is not working, we couldn't even take a 5 minute shower without freezing or burning our skin bc the water keep changing to freezing water to boiling water!!!There is broken vans and full of junk trailer all over the parking! Not to mention old furniture and old air conditioners on the ground Long story short PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM!!

We booked a stay here last minute to come to Disneyland! It's a great place super close to Disneyland. About a 15 minute walk the room was super clean and newly remodeled. The towels were clean. The bed was clean huge TV in the room Brenda, the front desk agent was always helpful and friendly at check-in and checkout, and with anything that we needed during our stay, I would definitely come back.

Well, I can say that it’s a walkable distance to Disneyland, and when we requested extra towels they brought them right to our door. Unfortunately, that’s about it. We found a huge cockroach and multiple baby cockroaches in the bathroom. The light fixtures were exposed, the shower did not drain… the only reason we stayed is because it was such a quick trip we did not have time to change motels. Would not recommend and would never stay again. 2nd worst motel I’ve ever stayed at.

Although it was close to Disney and it initially looked nice and newly remodeled it turned out to be one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The first room they put us in had a broken AC and lacked all utilities and when I brought this up to them they did put us in a different room, but the problems only got worse. The shower got clogged every time we used it, the bathroom had cracks in the walls where my fiancé and I saw cockroaches going in and out of as they pleased. The bed had broken legs so every time we laid on it, it felt like it was going to give out from underneath us (and we are smaller people) . As the trip went on we were eaten alive by bugs in our sleep and constantly were finding cockroaches around the room. The front desk claimed to be 24/7 but there were multiple instances where nobody was there and finally parking was extremely limited.
