I had to bring my car in for 2 different accidents and both times, Ulysses at Prestige took great care of us and my car. He goes above and beyond and does excellent work. I highly recommend them!

Ulyses and his team are the best in the game, hands down! I took my car to several of auto body repair shops to get quotes and most of them were charging an arm and a leg. I tried a body shop across the street from Prestige and they were charging north of $4,000 just to get the scrape fixed (and they also had a shitty receptionist and estimator)! I was half tempted to just leave the car as is but I figured I drop in with Ulyses and Prestige Auto Body to see if it was worth repairing. Come to find, Ulyses had offered the EXACT SAME repair at a FRACTION of the cost. Turns out, it was also the SAME great quality (as if I had first bought the Mercedes) and AWESOME customer service. They were able to repair it in a timely manner as I was just about to leave town for the weekend. People do not want to deal with car repairs because they are all headaches and dollars. But if you do have to deal with them, do it with someone you trust and has your interest in mind. I will only come to Ulyses and his team, and I recommend you do to!

Ulysis is incredibly easy to work with. Goes above and beyond to give reasonable estimates and make sure your car is finished on time with quality work. The estimate was almost 1/2 of what others wanted to charge. He even offered to buff out an area that wasn't on the repair without additional charge.

Came here for a minor repair/repaint on my car. Quote was lower than some of the surrounding auto body shops and they got my car back to me only 2 days after I dropped it off. I would definitely come back here if I needed any more body work done on my car.

Prestige Collision Auto Body has been my go-to repair center for all my auto body and paint needs since 2003. Last week I had some rear bumper and metal damage repaired on my classic 1999 Civic SI. So I went in to see General Manager Mark Gray to get an estimate on the repair. He really worked with me and also my Insurance Company to give me the highest quality work at the lowest possible price. As a result of this, not only was the repair and paint job completed very quickly but my Car looks like it is in Showroom condition again. The paint job is beautiful and perfectly blended to seamlessly match the existing color. In fact, it was so professionally done that I can't tell that my Car was ever damaged in the first place. Prestige Collision Auto Body definitely exceeded my expectations again at a very reasonable price.

These guys are the worst possible place you can go for body work. Let me break it down for you: I bring in a running, classic car, get quoted 2-3 months for the whole project then pay. 8 months later, they've decided that they don't want to work on it anymore. I can either pick up my car or it gets impounded. Oh by the way, it doesn't run any more and it's missing engine parts! WTF?!? the body work? horrible. The lines are not even straight. The section they worked on, the trim mysteriously "got lost or was never on there in the first place" because lo and behold as soon as I try to replace it with a new piece it turns out the body work is not even flat to the rest of the car... had they returned my piece of trim it would have been immediately obvious that there was a huge 1 inch gap between where the body was supposed to be and where the trim would lay on it. The paint job? unfinished. no color sanding, flaked off within weeks, over spray all over the place. If you want your car to look like it was worked on by children, bring it here. As a bonus, they'll treat your car like it's a kid's toy too! 0/5 stars F- STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR IN ANY WAY

Have to give a somewhat low-neutral review here. A local car wash damaged my truck recently. I was referred to Prestige by a relative who had a good prior experience, so I came to Prestige for a repair estimate. I came back today with a check from the car wash to drop my truck and check off for repairs only to find out that Prestige cannot take on any new business, as of today, due to some kind of court orders (cease and desist orders of some kind?). Sounds sketchy to me, so rather than wait things out for them I went across the street to their competitor instead. I would recommend anyone after me to make sure Prestige's legal troubles are cleared before leaving your vehicle with them.

Just picked up my car and it's like brand new. Have a 20 year old Toyota Camry and I changed the color and it's perfect. Fred was very helpful and everything was done in a very timely manner. Definitely recommend their work.

I had my 2000 Tacoma painted here five years ago. I had very minor bodywork and they removed all the badges for me. Two weeks, start to finish. I've been getting compliments, almost daily, for five years. I couldn't be happier.

Had my car for 6 month for a little body damage. Manager very rude and can never get a hold of the owner Sam. I had to get the BAR (bureau of automotive repair) involved. I finally got my car back it was very dirty they couldn't even detail it. I would never recommend this place.

There was manager there called Fred who was super friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful. One day Fred was gone and this new guy was in charge. The prices more than doubled, the new guy is the polar opposite of Fred. He answers the phone and is consistently rude, talks over his customers, knows everything, is unfriendly, unhelpful and discourteous. He cursed at me over the phone when I asked if he could provide me with a copy of an invoice from a car the shop painted for me a year ago, with a very specific and unusual paint code. Customer service? I don't think so. This guy is a joke. Used to be a great business, not any more. Don't go here. Anywhere but here

Do Not Go To This Bodyshop !!! I am in the middle of an investigation with Prestige and the Bureau of Automotive Repair.I paid $5200 for bodywork and a paint job on my vehicle.The owner Sam has been 100% responsible for destroying my 1950 Cadillac .I have pictures from the day I brought it in and pictures and video the day I towed it out of there.The owner has mental problems if He does not think He is not going to get sued.The cost to now repair my car will now cost me $25,000 due to their negligence.The thing that gets me is they will not finish the job that they promised to do and they have been paid in advance.This place needs to be out of business.The people who run it now is the owners sister and some idiot that sweeps up and calls himself the manager.I have video footage of them promising a full refund if I produced the invoices and receipts and then when I did the following week,The so called manager was videotaped lying through his teeth and denying saying that.Dude,I have you on video ,as well as the sister first telling me the Cant finish my car because they lost the paperwork.Lucky I kept every piece of documentation.Plus I am in constant contact with the field agent who is investigating this complaint.He also said to me that when He went to visit the shop,the manager told him exactly the same thing about refunding my money when I produced the paperwork.It goes on further than that.They are lying for the owner and saying He no longer owns the business.This is a lie too.The Bureau of Automotive Repair confirmed that his business license is still valid under his name.I should have realized something was up when everytime I showed up to check on my car,there was a different manager who knew nothing about my car.This will not be small claims court ,It will be a $30,000 lawsuit for the full value of the damages.So even The Bureau of Automotive Repair were shocked.If you want pictures ,text me at 310-804-9101 I will be more than happy to share my experience and pictures.And do not do business with this company,There have been other customers that were screwed over just like myself.See you guys in court.There is not a judge in the land that will not side with me in this lawsuit.Sam,I welcome your call from you to explain to me why you think you can flat out leave my car abandoned and refuse to either finish the job or refund my money.You are avoiding me and hiding like a little mouse.Be a man, dude and take care of your responsibility.Im not going away.
