Came in for an estimate on my vehicle. Eric was super helpful and courteous. I was in and out in about 15 mins. They run a nice clean and respectful shop. I would definitely recommend getting work done here.

Evelyn was great throughout the process of quote, availability of parts ordered, and updates on the repair. My car looked brand new. They even washed it. Finally, Anaheim Blvd Collision Center was much cheaper than the other places on Anaheim Blvd.

Got my door handles painted here. The paint is already dull, faded and bubbling. Last time I went here for a warranty issue the workers threatened me and try ro fight me over a warranty issue. Not worth going here. Take your business elsewhere.Service: Painting

I've had several cars repaired here throughout the years from insurance work to cash transactions. I came back to get a warranty issue looked at regarding paint and was waiting for the owner evelyn to come back to the shop. While I was waiting a guy with a large beard starting mocking me and telling me my issue has no warrant for warranty repair. He started talking to one of his co workers "Manny" and they started talking from afar that I was crazy to think that my issue was warranty worthy. When I spoke up about how they were talking to me they both aggressively started walking up to me like they were going to hit me and started telling me I need to calm down. I felt very intimidated and I felt I was going to get struck by the guy with the thick beard. The guy with the beard approached me several times aggressively to the point I thought I was going to get hit by him. Once evelyn came back their story completely changed and they started acting like they were the victim and that I was wrong. This is no way to treat returning customers or any customers. I've never had any issues in the past here and now its my fault that Im getting bullied and threated by the workers here? I've had 2 cars fixed here and I am afraid to come back for any warranty issues for my cars now. The guy with the beard would not give me his name. One of the workers "manny" even stated they will do the work for free after the fact but I refused the offer. Be careful when working with Anaheim Blvd Collision Center. The owner is nice but the workers are very aggressive and will pin you in a corner in back of there parking area and bully and threaten you. If you look around there are no cameras in their back parking storage area. I can see why now. F- highly recommend you get your car fixed elsewhere!

The staff are super friendly a very understanding they take great care of your car in a timely manner. I have all ready used this shop 3 times an would definitely recommend this business place to anyone I know

My experience with Anaheim Blvd Collision Center has been amazing ?. Quick estimate, fast availability and friendly staff ?. Can't wait to see my truck after. I'll update pictures and review after. Dear Yelper, I obtained an estimate a while back regarding bumper repair. Finally, I recently contacted Anaheim Blvd. Collision Center again and pursued repair of my front bumper. I parted ways with my original bumper of approximately 20 years, with a major tear on the passenger side, along with a shaved down spoiler, and multiple other damaged spots. The one issue with this shop is the that I found communication before the repair to be slow, however, the shop does make an effort to redeem itself through better communication once the vehicle is in the shop while being repaired, as well as polite staff, an effort to give a competitive estimate, as well as returned my vehicle with a nice wash. Shopped around at a few places to see about repairing/ repainting my front and rear bumpers on my Lexus is300. They quoted me a fair price and told me my car would be done in a day which I thought was very fast. I picked up my car and the rear bumper looked amazing, however my front bumper still needed a little work as it didn’t quite look polished/buffed out as much at the rear was. I contacted them and they without hesitation took my car back and fixed my concerns and now both bumpers look amazing. I gave them 5 stars because they corrected the issue on the spot and got my car back to me the same day that I dropped it off the second time.
