The store/gas station in it's self is ok, at the very least for it Being an ampm
It's just the night clerk she trys to be nice and all but falls flat on her face with that due to not being able to speak 1 single word of English
One would think being fluent in the English language would be a must to being employed but apparently not so
Which is 1 of the main reasons I don't like going to that specific ampm at night when she's working there

I go in there every night and they always have fresh hot coffee and the lady behind the counter, Jessica, is always so friendly and makes me feel at home. Clean restroom, great coffee!

Terrible customer service. I had just finished pumping almost $50 worth of gas and they refused to let me use the restroom.

A blue eyeshadow employee said that the toilet key was lost and insisted that no one should use their bathroom. She won't answer any more questions.

This place is terrible, The manager is annoying and customer service is horrid. The prices on the rack are not even the same as the prices at the front. It's ghetto too like at least the store across the street has actual guards cause of the kids from the school. It's so dirty in there too. You guys need an upgrade of staff. The store rating says a lot about you guys.

I live in the corner from this ampm and I have never had a problem until today when I walked in and experienced the most rude customer service. Her name is Lori so ghetto and unprofessional she honestly shouldn't even be aloud to work there.

The best one I know, by far! They helped me get into my car when clowny-ass locked myself out. Give them all your business you have related to gas and late night gas station needs.

Always has the best prices in the area. Because of that, it's always packed. Have patience when you come here lol cause people are rude af.

They had good gas prices, but I couldn't get into the am/pm because 2 women were fighting and pushing and using a lot of profanity! Right at the front door! This went on for several minutes

35 cent card fee. unsafe to fill up at night. A bit of a rough neighborhood. Sometimes during the day it can be a bit busy here.

I really try to avoid using this station. In the past, it seems, no matter what island I tried I ALWAYS had a problem with the pump accepting my credit card. (no problem elsewhere) I just stopped going to this particular gas station. Tonight, however, I had no choice. My car overheated and this was the closest station to where I parked to let it cool off. I went to the water/air station. First off, never mind free, but this station charges 75 cents. Fine, whatever. I grab the water hose and to my horror, there is no handle. Just the stub where the handle obviously broke. I try pushing on the stub to try to get some water. No dice. I am now forced to go in the store and BUY some water. I tell the cashier that I should get a 75 cent discount since there was no sign alerting customers that the water hose was broken and I just wasted 75 cents. Now many of you are, at this point saying 75 cents is no big deal. I am not rich, to begin with. I barely make it paycheck to paycheck, renting out a room. But even if I was rich, it is the principle of the thing. Also, I just did NOT like her apathetic attitude. (she basically said "whatever" without actually saying "whatever") You know the quickest way to get me angry? Steal my money and give me a "whatever" gesture. In full disclosure, I did not react very well. I asked if we were being recorded, found the nearest camera, turned to it, and said loudly "THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!" accompanied by the world famous Italian Hand Gesture. Cashier mumbled, (as she took my money for the water I was forced to buy-I have now spent $3.75) that what I did was, "more unacceptable." I mumbled a profanity aimed at her direction. (I'm not proud of this, I am no saint, but you get me mad and you get the horns of the profane inner child demon, that's just how it is) In any case, she asks me what I said. I toy with the idea of actually repeating it. I don't. I say, "Oh, nothing." She says "I thought so." in a smug little apathetic way. I storm out and proceed to do THEIR JOB by posting a sign on the air/water station warning people that the water hose is broken. You are welcome.
