I went today cause my ankle was bugging me and the Medical assistant that helps the dr at the end of my appointment the nurse practitioner said to put a wrap on my foot so the nurse brings it in and gives it to me and ask if I wanted to put it on I can! I thought they wrap it for you? really thinking of leaving this Altamed...

I’m sorry so many people have had bad experiences. We have had great experiences with staff and doctors! Unfortunately we have been there often, my toddlers have caught everything but luckily this urgent care has been friendly and easy in and out
