Great experience! I needed tire rotations and wheel balance service. The service was quick and simple. George (manager) was super friendly and helpful during the process. I had no problems and I highly recommend this place for your tire needs.

I had a flat tire on my way to pick up my daughter. It was leaking very rapidly, and I wasn't going to make it. I pulled into this shop, and in less than 30 minutes, I was on my way.Manager George was awesome.Thank you guys!

Had the absolute best experience with Louie's help! I was treated very poorly at the Westminster location, however, Louie was patient, compassionate, and provided the best service you could ever expect. His service was better than Chick-fil-a! Due to a mix up of the addresses on Yelp, I ended up at the Westminster location when my appointment was at the Anaheim location. When it was already past my appointment time, I called Anaheim and Louie immediately was willing to still take me in the same day and get my wheel alignment done. He was understanding of the situation and never once made me feel bad. He offered me water, suggested I rotate my tires every 5k miles, etc. Overall, this was the best experience and outcome I could ever ask for! WE STAN LOUIE!

I was recommended Allen Tire by another local car shop to get my tires/alignment checked out. I first made an appointment online for the same day (1-7pm window) and then brought my car. Once I arrived, they said the online booking system was inaccurate and that they could take my car but it wouldn't be finished because their alignment tech was not there. I went back the next day- called before coming in and then they took my car right away. Was at the shop for less than an hour to fix my alignment ($100). They recommended new tires and gave a quote as well. I got a few other opinions on getting new tires or not, and concluded I could wait 3-4 more months before getting new ones. Workers were super friendly and helpful (I am not knowledgeable about cars).

The team here is wonderful, they quickly addressed my problem, and got to work immediately. I wish I lived in Anaheim so I could bring my car for repairs. Highly recommend!

Great device and experience. Were very good about fast service and keeping me updated. After I got a couple tires repaired, I hit a pot hole and they performed a full check, fixed the bent rim, and confirmed the tire didn’t leak free of charge without trying to sell me on another tire (even when I initially asked for it). It’s hard to find an honest tire shop so I would recommend to others

Came in here for my girls tire, because it wouldn’t let me put in air. My girl talked to Louie on the phone and when I came in I was helped right away and service was fast to helping my tires air problem. Was out of there in no time!

I have a GS 350 F Sport and my car has different size tires in the rear from factory. I was shopping around Anaheim for few days and Luis was able to find sum Toyo’s for the best price. Went today for for my alignment and they were super booked but Jorge I think was he’s names was able to squeeze me Inn for my alignment. The mechanic was very professional and left my Lexus straight as an arrow. Would definitely come back. All the staff are quick and efficient. Thank you guys ??
