Was able to meet a wonder manager named Louie. He greeted me warmly and with concern about taking care of my truck repair needs. His transparency on options was refreshing. He showed me the issues and what options I had to repair. I appreciate the transparency. I will bring all my cars to Louie and his team from now on. Luv the good old neighborhood car repair feeling!

Should zero star in my experience. This local store tried to scam me a oil filter cap $100, which should be free or included in package. When I refuse, they lower $70 then $50 then told me free no charge at all. You guys make the customer and try to make up money. Plus made me wait 2 hours just for only oil change job with many employees seem not to busy.
shame.
Absolutely not recommend ppl come here to this store.

I called ahead of time to make an appointment and make sure they had the necessary oil filter for my truck. I asked for an appointment at 2 PM and the gentlemen said it would be better if I could come at 1:45 PM. Upon arrival for my appointment at 1:45 PM they told me it was going to be a 2 hour wait. They could have given me a courtesy call ahead of time and let me know it was going to be longer than expected. I made it a point to call ahead and make sure they had time and had the parts available. The manager on duty needs training in customer service. I don’t know if all Allen Tire Company stores operate like this but I won’t be giving my business to any of them in the future.

This place saved my life! Literally! I drove to a couple of shops on a Saturday for a flat tired replacement, none of the ones I went had the tires, this place was the only one that withing minutes I 30 minutes I had both of the back tires replaced (new) and they explained to me everything step by step and warranty included for a year or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Thanx to them I was able to drive back home (3hours away) safe! Great team and great service! 100% recommend it ?
