If you store something there .......
I will never forget that they damaged what I stored there when they moved it .
They absolutely have no regard for your belongings. Years ago now . But will Never forget.

I moved from California to North Alabama last week and things could not have gone any easier. Alex Moving was excellent. Raquel handled everything. She was through and clearly communicated everything every step of the way. I truly hope that the owner realizes what a great asset she is to the company. Additionally, my driver Elliott was amazing. He also kept me in the loop on delivery. He was very thoughtful with my belongings and efficient when packing a storage unit. Raquel and Elliott both represented Alex Moving and North American extremely well.

Alex Moving was one of the greatest companies ever I was able to get a translator and Rachel was one of the best would recommend.

Do not use Alex for your storage or move. They left my belongings in the rain causing a lot of damage- furniture, antique books, chandeliers. They lost many boxes and furniture. They are the worst! Dishonest!!!!!!

Alex M&S handled my destination offload and they were the agent contracted by Berger Allied Wilsonville Oregon to transport my goods. There were some communication errors regarding my delivery date. Three different people, me being one of them, heard the driver say Wednesday for delivery. Wednesday came and no delivery. Alex M&S informed me that the driver never committed to Wednesday (he told 3 different people) and they told me the driver was off loading in a different city on Wednesday. Alex asked me when I wanted delivery given Wednesday was out, so we agreed on the next day- Thursday.Alex M&S delivered. So between Wednesday with the driver being 420 miles away and early Thursday morning, Alex M&S offloaded my stuff from the original moving truck and loaded it into a smaller truck, and they arrived little past 10:30AM.Three young guys did the unloading. Very pleased with their effort and attention to detail. Couple of things were found damaged and some things lost and were documented. Not done unpacking yet so don't know if any other issues or not. but overall once we got past the miscommunication about Wednesday, Alex M&S did fine.I'll reserve judgement on Allied Van Lines how they handle my upcoming claim - topic for a different review.

Raquel was one of the most nicest workers i have moved with she was very professional and efficient, The Movers were very respectful with all my items although I couldn't communicate with the workers because they spoke a diffrent language but they had a very excellent translater, definantly would reconmend.

I did not choose this company, it was forced on me and I couldn't be more shocked they are still in business. They were absolutely unprofessional and disregarded the most basic instructions, having to call me twice to get to my house, four hours later than when they were supposed to arrive. They blamed traffic but anyone living in southern California knows how traffic is and how to adjust leaving time to make it. They simply did not care. They spoke only Spanish, took forever to drop my things, and never showed an iota of courtesy. My suggestion is, to avoid them any way you can.

Raquel seems to be an issue at this company. I had an appointment scheduled and no one showed. When I called to check on what was happening she said that I didn’t confirm the appointment when no one had called to even confirm the appointment. I asked if she had left a voicemail she said no but I sent a text. No phone call was received, no voicemail and not a single text. When she said we can reschedule I canceled because of communication cannot even be followed through I’m not going to trust them with every single thing I own while moving 2,220 miles across country. While this may be a great company, Raquel is damaging the name and the plenty of other bad reviews against her shows proof to that.

I wished I hadn't had to write a bad review, but I think it my responsibility to warn people. The movers stole my kids video games. No easier way to say it. Juana was nice, and the movers in LA were thorough. But as soon as got out of state, that's where it ended in terms of good service. I tipped well and paid roughly 15K. I even bought everyone lunch, but I guess the box labeled VIDEO GAMES must've been "lost" somewhere. Only box missing BTW. But there was plenty broken. Kids video games. Low. Real low.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We have used Alex Moving in the past several times & they did a fantastic job. Then in the fall of 2021 we called them up again to move us to our new home. We did a FaceTime call with them (their request) so that they could see our house & belongings to provide an estimate. Since where we were moving to was a further distance they advised that they would load up the truck from our old house one day & then deliver to our new house the next day. On moving day the crew showed up with a large truck. They carefully moved & secured everything in the truck. The guy who was the leader of the crew assured us that the truck would be securely locked & parked overnight in their private business lot and would not be unlocked until they arrived at our new house the next day. The next day they arrived at our new house with everything in 2 smaller trucks. It was revealed to us that during the night they, for some unknown reason, moved all our things out of the locked large moving truck into 2 smaller trucks. When they opened the 2 smaller trucks I could see that all our belongings were just THROWN in haphazardly, not secured at all. As they unloaded our things into the house we discovered that numerous items were damaged, broken, scratched, dirty, etc. In moving I except that a few things might get some sort of damage. But this was way over the top of what was to be expected. They even damaged a few antiques that we own. It was inexcusable. When we contacted management about getting a partial refund they wanted to nickel and dime us. We said that we would pay half cause the loading up was done right...it was everything after that that they mishandled. We figured that would be fair. They didn't want to do that. So with the brick wall that they threw up we realized we needed to take matters to the next level, we contacted our credit card company & told them what happened. The credit card company contacted the company & we were promptly refunded for half the cost. In the past Alex Moving was always great, but now they have not just gone downhill they've hit the bottom of barrel...NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL. Alex Moving is now the ABSOLUTE WORST.

Don’t go here. They have the the most unprofessional management team I’ve ever met. Raquel is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Also won’t notify you till last minute.
