I love this place! So kind and quick and just caring! Jacquelyn was the absolute best! She got me insured in literally no time and I was able to drive my car off the lot right away and it was almost 8pm! But she stayed late and made sure my policy was issued!!!! Top Tier service!!!!! Jacky was fast, nice, polite and professional. She made sure to give me immediate information to reconnect with her increase the call dropped. The gave me clear and easy steps of the information I would need to give her in order to get the new policy started and was very patient while I got all the necessary information together with a few delays only on my side. Watch out for staceySo stacey helped me out with renewing my policy of ($880.76) and instead of paying the full amount, put it in payments. Then we hang up. So i call to make a payment and it gives me the payment amount instead of having to pay all at once (which i wanted) I didnt have my card ready so i hung up. She called back saying she forgot to mention the service fee and if i still wanted to go through with it (total of $1030) keep in mind my total was still $880 for the year and was able to make payments when i called. I Just i didnt have my card ready. I told her no that imma just pay on the phone. When i called back to make a payment, she switched it back so my only option was to pay the full amount. I said whatever and just paid the full amount. Make sure when they sign you up. You read the contract. $150 to change In payments. Im trying to save money not spend more. I know its commission. But $150 is too much for something so simple thats took 1-3 mins to do

I was helped today by Jacquelyn Ramirez and before her I was helped by manny trying to get a SR-22 and insurance to get ur license can be discouraging but this company alongside the two individuals I spoke of made it easy and encouraging to share and never give up. I one to call early or when bussinesses open , but Adriana's insurance is a joke. The never answer!! It sounds like they answer and hang up ! So damn frustrating! They aren't getting my business !

Stacey was very helpful she was able to find an insurance that would save me money . She was very patient and overall I give her a 10 star out of 5 star I highly recommend her . She was not in a rush to get us out the door she was very kind and had a positive attitude. I went to 5 different insurance companies and they were very rude, disrespectful, and didn’t want to help at all. Most importantly she explains everything very thorough and made sure I understood. Make sure you ask for her when making appointments!!

I was looking to switch auto insurance for months because mine was just raising every other month. It's difficult because there are are just so many companies and going through the quote process and not lowering the rates is just time consuming and frustrating. I tried Adriana's and it was a blessing! Stacey found me a plan for literally 1/3rd the price I was paying. The small fee they charge will pay for itself with my first month's savings. Thank's a bunch Stacey!

Most expensive insurance quote I’ve gotten for both of my vehicles. Then they keep bugging you via text because the insurance agents can’t find others to sign up and then keep bugging for weeks because they can’t believe the lower quote I got.
