I order from them all the time for my warehouse and they deliver! I am about to place another order and love how I can walk into their showroom to see what I need as well. I definitely use a warehouse helper to help me build the shelves as they deliver them to you flat with assembly required. So keep that in mind. But if you can do that or have help in that department GO for it! We always get the heavy duty shelves so we can put lots of weight on them!

Meh. The girls who work in the front are very nice! The product we bought is not :( Spent 1,200 bucks on this boltless shelving. Lets call it "Ball" less shelving because these things are so helpless and weak! All Shivering....dropping the soap, lol! They are also a TOTAL pain in the a** to assemble and you can NOT do it yourself, its a two person job when it shouldn't be. While you're GENTLY and CAREFULLY putting one corner together... another corner is popping out and coming apart INSTANTLY! So frustrating! After they are assembled, they feel VERY unstable. One good quake and I am sure they will fall right over! Had to TRY to stablize them with Zipties and staples to the wall. Yea, that looks great! :( The only good product we bought from them was the black chrome shelving, works great and very sturdy! But as for this Boltless, "Ball-less" expensive a** shelving....NEVER AGAIN! They may "look" nice and tidy...but thats just LOOKS. I would have much rather these things have had screws and feel stable vs. boltless and "temporary". This shelving would be good for a temporary business or pop up shop selling tee-shirts or something but for long term heavy storage...very unbalanced and wobbly...forget about it! Sadly, this was the weakest and most unstable 900 pounds of metal we ever bought!!! :(

I wish I could give them -5 stars. Most horrible experience I've ever encountered with these folks. Ordered 10 ft beams for the warehouse and wanted 8 ft instead. Before we placed a new order, we asked the staff if we can exchange them before ordering all 8 ft beams to replace the 10ft ones. They promised they would so we placed the order. Once we paid for them, they pulled the rug from under us and only took back a partial. Had we known they wouldn't have taken all, we would have just order enough to replace the ones they'll take back. Stuck with a pallet of beams. Smh. We were supposed to go with Shelf Master, Inc. Down the street from them but they were on back order for 2 weeks. We should've waited. Avoid this company at all cost. Customer service should be priority but it's definitely not with these guys. Shame on you. Everyone, please do your due diligence and shop around first. There are other companies that treat their customers and workers better.

I got a quality wire shelving unit to organize my garage for an unbeatable price. Check them out first for any shelfing needs. I wasn't sure if I could just walk in and buy individual stuff for personal use, but you totally can they were nice and able to help me.

This place is unprofesional. my husband and i whent to buy some shelves for our bussines. saw how a worker got fired and got treated bad from the supervisor from the warehouse. My husband and i got upset how he was getting treated badly my husband ask the worker if he was ok and what happen?. The guy said nothing clearly we heard and saw the whole thing on the warehouse about he was getting fire unfairly .#justice4workers
