Highly Recommend for any type of travel or logistics.Wonderful experience at AAA in Anaheim Hills Cali...they Exceed Expectations ??Location is easy 2 find & rarely busy w/ lots of easy parking.Extremely knowledgeable staff. Amount of intel & info very thorough & easy to understand.Customer Service is outstanding... VERY kind folks who like to smile.AAA Travel helped plan a train ? ? vacation up the Pacific Coast. They had literally every stop detailed with what that stop has 2 offer. Amazing how many options. Especially since as a double amputee traveling requires some special arrangements. AAA Travel assisted Us overcome any issues and actually enhanced the opportunities for an even more enjoyable & adventurous vacation.bSafebHappybWell ?

My experience here was awful. Everyone was rude. It felt like I was in the DMV. I came in for a service (notary) and the ladies in the front were insisting they can't help me, and they informed me that they didn't do notaries here. I have never heard of that before. This place seems poorly ran. I'm not surprised they have a 3 star review.I've been a member for a very long time, and I have to say i'm very disappointed. I would rate it a negative stars. You should be more respectful to your PAYING customers.

I had a terrible experience with AAA Automobile Club. I visited the office and the waiting time was extremely long. What made the experience worse was that they helped many people who came after me, while I was still waiting. The lack of respect for my time was unacceptable and frustrating. To add to the disappointment, the representative who finally assisted me had no better attitude than the DMV. She was unfriendly and unhelpful, which only added to my frustration.Overall, I would not recommend AAA Automobile Club to anyone. The long wait times and poor customer service make for an unpleasant experience

Love love love AAA ever since my older brother put me on his membership as a motorcycle add on I have benefited so much from the companys amazing service and helpful perks such as free tows (i dont even have to actually own the vehicle just as pong as I am present and can prove my identity. Also if interested: ask them about bundle rates for insurance etc and get discounted auto and other insurances as wellOh and the best part about AAA is they will help you with your car registration needs and basically any DMV issues can be easily politely and with personable friendliness be taken care of much more expeditiously than submitting yourself to the horrors of the DMV itself!I've since taken to purchasing my own yearly membership just because now I find it difficult to imagine life without AAAs awesome assistance from dead batteries to tows to skipping DMV lines to saving money on insurance!

This is a great AAA location! They just got a remodel too, so everything is super nice inside! A giant front circle desk and a great waiting area. PRO TIP- if you're a member, come here for all of your DMV needs!! Saves you a trip to the DMV!

Went in to switch a cars title and change my insurance. The first lady that worked with us on getting our title change was a little rude and I thought I was at the DMV 10 years ago. I shook it off and just replied respectfully and kindly. She eventually eased her tone and seemed 20% more pleasant than before lol got the title change done. It was when I was getting a free quote on insurance that I had a great customer experience. I understand they make commission if they get me to sign on with them but sheesh, fella went quiet for 10 minutes crunching numbers for me and had me sold on what he figured out and the discount in payments I get compared to other instances. Solid experience

This place, wow. I'm waiting for my turn to get a replacement registration because it never arrived. 30 days have past, and they still said it my still show up. What? So I'm ready to pay, they do not take DEBIT cards! What in the world, I felt like I was back in the Dark Ages. Lousy attitudes too...

I've been a member of AAA since 1984 when I my got me a membership for birthday before I went away to college. At the time, I had no idea how handy it would be over the years. I'm sure they'll lost money on me with some of my used cars needing a jump or worse, being towed because they were seriously broken. I've been using this particular branch for about 13 years now. In all honestly, I rarely need to visit, but every time I've needed my insurance adjusted or changed ownership of a car, they've been super helpful and much faster than the DMV. Twice I've had to get California plates for an out of state car I took ownership of. I literally have no complaints. I don't think I've ever waited more the 5 minutes to see someone and if you can get there first thing in the morning after they open, you probably won't wait at all.

Excellent service from David Brookfield, member specialist yesterday, 6/7/2022! What a wonderful experience, David assisted my client with her disabled placard( first time) ,he explained in detail all of the perks and regulations. He also assisted as a humanitarian, we had found a small dog that was still on a leash, but running around confused. I tethered it to a trash can in the shade and called animal control ( no ID) David brought a cup and bottled water to keep the dog hydrated, he also returned my call next day to confirm, the dog had been picked up! Good news, his owner was located by chip tracking via shelter! This office is efficient but David receives major accolades, for going above reasonable customer service!!! GREAT JOB DAVID, Thank you from Carmen A. and Tammy

Their DMV services are awesome. And their customer service is AAA. Glad to be able to use their roadside service. Major lifesaver when your stuck on the side of the freeway with a flat and your alone. (Freeway Angels)

This review is for Rudy(or Rudi) , the manager, and all the other uneducated and awful reps we dealt with after my accident. I got into a collision at the end of January. Car was totaled and called AAA for a tow and to claim. Not only did I have to suddenly pay out of pocket for a tow, but I was then informed I didn't have collision coverage?! I began to panic and called my parents asking why it wasn't covered when all the other cars on the policy were. They then suggested I just leave my car at a pick a part since I didn't have insurance. My mom called and they saw I had instance. Could you have imagined if I had done what they told me to initially do?! Anyways, $225 later because we apparently didn't have additional miles covered, we got it to the shop. Got a call it was totaled and I was getting a settlement. Got the check and it was time to start looking for a car. Being 26, but still living at home with my parents, I called AAA to ask if I could still be on my parents policy, before purchasing a new vehicle, to make sure I would financially be able to handle the new car payment and the new price on their policy for my car. I talked to 10, yes TEN, different people between the phone and even a rep in person at this branch. All of which said I could stay on their policy since I still live with them and all I needed to do is change it over within 30 days of purchase. They all gave me the amount it would be and I went and got my new car. Here's where the fun starts. I call AAA in Anaheim Hills to start add the car and the gentleman initially spoke with said there were multiple accidents on my file, all of which were my fault. Uh, I had gotten into 3 accidents (1 of which was actually a couch falling off someone's truck on the freeway) and the other 2 had been caused my other drivers. He then said he couldn't add this car to the policy and that I was too old. I had told him I had spoken to multiple people and they said I could continue to stay on my parents policy. He then said he was transferring me to his lovely manager, Rudy (Rudi). Rudy played a good game, but it was an awful way to do it, which is why I'm writing this review and will be taking this to corporate. He got on the phone and explained to me that he had seen *so many* people on their parents policy after turning 26 but it was as time for me to grow up. He then said "well your parents will die soon, how would you feel if someone sued them for the house that was supposed to be yours, just because you got into an accident and you weren't on your own policy?!" My parents are in their 50s and my grandmother had JUST passed away, so this was beyond insensitive and unnecessary. He then told me I needed to be and adult and grow up and get off my parents policy. He also told me if I can buy a new car, I can afford my own policy, which again - car was paid for by the settlement and I had called AAA numerous times to ensure the pricing of the policy pricing to ensure I could afford it. He then turned around and said it's against corporate policy to have anyone on their parents policy after turning 26. But Rudy, you just said you had seen so many people on their parents policy and said how pathetic it was when you saw a 40 year old still on their parents policy, so which one was it buddy? :( I ended up getting the policy that night because again, he played the game and won, but did it horribly. I realized how effed up he was and immediately called the next day to speak to someone else. Again, was told I could stay on my parents policy. I went as far as calling other carriers and they said the same thing! My mom got in the phone with Rudi and he was so beyond unprofessional as well with her. Told her I needed to grow up and move on and was so condescending and belittling. My mom got on the phone with his supervisor the next day and said how inappropriate Rudi was, but we all know nothing was done. Here's the problem Rudi - you don't know why kids May still live at home with their parents. We were liv

Hello. I am writing a review about an awesome AAA employee at the Anaheim Hills AAA branch named Nazita! I have been a AAA member for many years, met alot of AAA employees, and none have stood out like Nazita. She is absolutely exceptional! She goes over and above to be helpful. She has a great friendly and sincere personality. So happy and grateful she was the one who helped me. She eased my mind, and explained everything to give me peace of mind. So big shout out to Nazita! All employees should be as great as her with customer service. I hope she gets a raise for sure and a promotion!!! Thanks for reading!
