I have never been so embarrassed I'm my life after today!! I went in for a title change today on a 1995 nissan pathfinder that I received as a gift from a good friend in construction I was helped out by a gentleman I believe named Carlos and I honestly have trouble filling things like this I know that for some people this might be easy but for me I'm not the best!! I was missing I couple signatures from the previous owner and as we were filling out the paperwork I signed something with a signature that didn't belong to me thinking I was told to do because I thought that's what is was instructed there was another important signature that needed to get done but the previous owner had to do sign so I was told to leave and get it! I thought that was not a problem so left to get it and came back about 2 hours later. I knew I had to 470 dollar to get the process done due to a lack of payment on it yes 470 dollars on an almost 30 year old car. It was finally my turn again with the gentleman and the signature was placed on the wrong place even though he made it clear where it needed to i take fault for that of course but he said we need a whole new sheet and as he was reviewing it he noticed the previous signature that I had misunderstood and he just started causing a ridiculous scene telling me "Bro you're sketching me out! You signed this yourself I saw you sign it you are going to have to go to the DMV because I am scared right now" he said this to loud so everyone can hear! Like come on how does it make sense that someone wants to do a scam on a beat up 30 year old car I was going to have to pay 470 dollar to be able to go to work and make a living! Since when is being poor a crime at a Tripple AAA business

Ash is professional, kind and patient. She took good care of my mom and myself with helping us with our vehicle registrations and titles. She went above and beyond to assist us and is she is absolutely the best. If you are blessed to have Ash assist you, you will most certainly be happy!

Theresa, the tall American white or hispanic older woman give me a hard time at the AAA office she was yelling at me for no reason,
I was trying to figure out why she needed more information , about the sell, she was asking for personal questions and bill of sale when I have everything with me ; unprofessional, rude , disrespectful and poor customer service skills, I will definitely change that person for another well trained person, I got so disappointed that I will never recommend anybody to go to AAA in Anaheim.

Came here on a Monday during the holidays and it wasn't too busy at all. I had to fill out a form and I was called before I was even finished. Been here a couple times before and it's always been the same which is excellent service. Been a Member for over 10 years now and come to triple aaa whenever I need to update something about my cars.

Service was quick and easy. I went in for a passport photo and the branch manager took care of me and was very accommodating. Highly recommend to get passport photos taken there.

Shady business insurance company. They do everything to make it seem like its your fault. Basically judgement before investigation. I suggest everyone to switch to any other insurance company other than this one.

Front desk lady on the right side when coming in the office is very rude needs customer service training especially since having AAA is not a free service. I have been a member for 8yrs have never experience such attitude if she does not like her job she should look somewhere else.

Came to this branch today to renew my registration. I want to give a shout out to Mardre! She was friendly and professional. She noticed I have trouble walking and offered to unlock the front door as it was closing time. Mardre is a definite asset to the AAA company.

Only had one employee working the DMV, originally told wait time was 45 minutes. It ended up being 1:30 hours. When asked about the wait time, a lady rudely told me I was only waiting a few minutes in front of a ton of people. Made me feel like I was a liar for asking about the wait time. EVERYONE COMING FOR DMV, DON’T. Worst customer service ever, I will be calling corporate about this.
