I have seen on several occasions a person walk in to this location and tell the cashier at the time several different things . ive been harrassed by a good part of the community in Placentia. because of Orange County Assessment Center personel. who have injured my reputation disclosed private information and constantly intruded upon my seclusion. and using 7 eleven and the placentia library to spread such vicous rumors i have filed several discrimination complaints toward this 7 eleven to the DOJ for having to pay for my big gulp before i fill the cup, or not letting me fill up my water bottle.or even telling me not to smoke next to the ashtray due to the invasion of privacy and vicous rumors

This place is funny, half the time I have a decent experience, the other half not so much. They also taped a little note on they're card reader machine stating " minimum purchase 1.49 required" which in California is illegal. If you try to update them on how currency works in California they get quite upset and could care less. I'm sure I'm not the only one to experience this unprofessional way of doing business especially for a 711.

This place had additional charges and bizarre rules that no other 7-Eleven has. The younger cashier is so nice. The older man however is rude and additionally charges for small things that no other 7-Eleven charges for. The consistency and pricing at the 7-Eleven is not congruent with others nearby.

Despite the sign on the door that states "these doors must remain unlocked during business hours" the little old man not only had the door locked but signaled he needed 5 more mins... Ok so I waited the 5 mins... Then he signaled for 5 more minutes. In this time 4 cars drove up and disappointed they left. Then he tells me he's not opening. Nothing less than pure disrespectful. Unprofessional to say the least! Just who the hell does he think he is to turn away customers and waist my time!!! Why does this man even have the job he clearly does not want to do?!?

I've been coming here for years since work is around the corner. Lately they changed over to there rewards prices its been wrong for the past month on everything I buy. Most of the time I have to fight to get the rewards price. Today was the last time.

I come here regularly and the younger cashier is pretty nice. However, the older cashier has so many bizarre rules. For example, every time I come in, I say I don't want a bag and he says he still has to charge me 10 cents, even if I don't want a bag. This has literally happened over a dozen times here. I don't understand why this is the only business that charges every patron a 10 cent bag fee, even if you don't request or receive a bag.
