Today I went with my daughter to buy some drinks and the cashier who was at that time looked at my girl with a sick and sadistic look, then he turns around and gives my daughter a bag of popcorn without my authorization, I left the store disgusted and wanting never to return, she is just a sick damn girl, you saw my little girl in a disgusting way, parents do not go to this place with their daughters, the worrying thing is that it is a short distance from a school where there are many children.

Every morning around 6 and 7 am the people there is just standing and talking over the phone. Never have coffee ready and when its time to pay they take forever to charge you .. the girls before this lazy boys . Had always clean. And ready always with smile on the face.

Worst 7-eleven the customer service here is horrible. When you get a hot chocolate that's nothing but water and say something they tell you it's your fault for not checking before leaving. The associates don't care for the customer at all they are always on their phones and talking with each other instead of taking care of business.

Guy was rude, went to pick up a doordash and he threw it at me. I wasn't even rude. He didn't even acknowledge me. Just got the back and threw it on the counter. Some short skinny guy with the big jaw. He shouldn't be in customer service if he is acting that way

So the lady in the white accord that works during the day is so DAMN RUDEEEEE! She always has an attitude always for no reason. She's gave me the dirtiest looks, disrespected me and has thrown my change at me and doesn't even say sorry ! Today she kept us standing there for whole minute when a friend of mine paid w his card, she said that her system is slow but as soon as she tapped her screen in said approved, during lunch she didn't let us sign in for points saying it doesn't work And when I asked why? She remained calm and said because no. Any person would've been like oh the systems down and try to calm the situation, she on the other hand just said no ? Like it makes no sense it clearly meant she didn't want us to get our points lol My co workers and I go to this 711 every day 3 times a day and she doesn't appreciate our business I've tried being nice to her and all but she's always so angry she even sent her husband out to harass me it's ridiculous She called me a bhenchod under her breath but I acted like I didn't understand so I wouldn't escalate the situation but I was really offended please please please 711 corporate if you see this or the owner please have your employees treat us customers w respect that's all I want ......
