Since when does a customer need to ask permission to get ice? Doesn't 711 offer refills on drinks?!
Refused to sell me anything since i didn't ask 'permission' to get ice for my drink I was purchasing.. wth?...fyi it's 90 degrees outside!!!! will never come back to this location again

Every time I go to that 7/11 to get my big glub I always get bullied by the cashier and it's always the skinny one that bullied me for being fat. And every time I'm about to pay they make jokes about me and people behind me start to laugh at me

Store #17032 is the worst store ever! They use corporate promo signs and not honor their sale! N cashier will NOT let you put in your loyalty # n makes you pay full price for the same exact products that’s on the sign … same cup/oz as shown in front of the storeSomeone from corporate should be on this location even if it’s a privately owned .. this is huge problemSign clearly shows both hot/cold cups of coffee for the LARGE cup.

Beware of the chola she may be spoofing the machine to steal pin numbers and say my card is not working. And the female customer before me had the same problem this chola is going to run away business to the 711 down the street.Send her to stock and clean customer service is not her strong suit.

Fridges are on low temps; this my daily 7-11 and they started lowing the temps this summer; don't expect your drink to be cold every time Disappointed; didn't spend a dime. waste of good peoples time

The woman with the painted eyebrows is very rude and rolls her eyes at me and at all the costumers like she is annoyed at people showing up. She shouldn't be working somewhere where she has to help the costumers. I won't go back there.

I'm sure the person at the counter is a nice guy but I have to say, I tried to get ahold of the man in front of the counter to tell me where the Rocket League promotion cups were for a sushi, he tried to explain (In his somewhat broken English) what the promotion was but he told me something along the lines of "buy a soda" so I said "oh ok" and then apparently the promotion was only for a sushi and some chips. I had already poured some ice into the soda cup and I said "can I get the sushi instead" He replied "no, it's $1.75 for the soda.In short, i didn't get the Rocket League Promotion, felt the guy was just having a bad day, judging by his tone of voice and walked out of there with a soda I didn't even want.
