It's not that good they only give u 20 minutes in the water and my daughter didn't learn a lot in 7 lessons

My lessons have been cancelled two weeks in a row due to chlorine level (3rd time overall in the past 2 months). I showed up to class all 3 times and was then notified that class was cancelled. I was told this is because I was the first class of the day. This is absolutely unacceptable. The chlorine check should happen an hour or more before the first class so cancellations are not happening last minute. Your policy requires clients to advise you of cancellations at least 2 hours ahead of time so you should have the same courtesy to your clients. My older son was also a client 6 years ago and we had the same issues. After 6 years, we gave your company a second chance and you have disappointed us once again. Time is precious for a working parent and it has been extremely frustrating, to say the least. The worst part of this is that my son loved Suzu and has learned so much from her but now we have to search for another swim instructor. I will not be recommending your company to any friends or family.

Coach Julian and coach Naomi are both very professional and knowledgeable. Our son has coach Julian and he made a tremendous improvement and gained so much confidence in swimming. Coach Naomi has been so patient and creative with our younger daughter and helped her to make progress and begin to find confidence in the water. Both coaches have made an enormous difference in our children's love of swimming.

We love Waterworks swim! Ms. Naomi is the absolute best and my son absolutely adores her. He is a little fish now, thanks to Ms. Naomi!

Instructor constent no show. Continues to use LA Fitness when pool is closed again and again and again. Daughter hasnt had a lesson in almost a month. Pulling her out.

Love this program and the instructors for all the kids ! They are extremely patient and knowledgeable, Suzu is our instructor for our son and we highly recommend herSuzu is extremely kind hearted and cares for all the kids ! She shows genuine interest in teaching each kid that fits their skill level . We truly love her and all her dedication and efforts towards the swim classes . She is always engaged and focused on her students . This is the best swim school we have experienced since moving here to California . I would highly refer her even for private lessons in your own home pool . She has helped our son gain confidence in the water . He has also learned so many crucial techniques of survival swim .

My 3 year old son just had a great first lesson with Suzu! Just wanted to highlight how happy I am that she took time and care to make him feel safe and comfortable. He was very timid and a little scared. But she made the lesson fun and got him interacting instead of melting down. We'll definitely be back for more! Thanks again Suzu!

Believe it or not I never learned how to swim as a child. So, I decided to inquire of swim lessons for adults. I googled swim schools and discovered Waterworks Aquatics. I chose them because they offered classes 7 days a week; they are located 5 minutes away from my home and they are very affordable. I can add also that they have very good instructors. I was afraid to get in the water. Every single instructor I had helped me overcome my fears about swimming and challenged me. Now the actual location I go to is technically LA Fitness. The problem with using that gym's pool is twice my class has been canceled because the pool tested at 0% chlorine which is no bueno. Since children and adults have swim class there, Waterworks test the pool frequently to make sure it is safe. That is a good thing but it's also very inconvenient for swim students if the test reveals the pool is unsafe. I hope Waterworks is able to find another pool location in Anaheim Hills that is well maintained.

We've had a great experience improving my son's technique and form. Betsy is excellent, providing lots of specific guidance, hand-over-hand, and feedback. I definitely recommend this location!
