My son starting attending tutor time when he was 4 1/2 months and it's almost been a year now. From the beginning the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Ivette the assistant director gave us a tour and we meet with Kelsie the director and she answered all my first time mom questions and concerns. Since day one all the teachers know my sons name and are so kind with him. When he was in the infant room the teacher always took the time to chat with me in the morning with anything that needed attention I.e. if my son was teething, starting solids, dropping a nap or dropping a bottle. He is now in the toddler room and his teachers are his favorite. Nicole always has fun activities for them to do like sensory bins or crafts for the holidays. Erin and Rachel really take their time when he was getting used to eating at the big boy table or getting used to napping on the cot. Now he's a pro and drop off is so easy as he can wait for "school" days. Very happy with our decision to be part of the tutor time family.

We're just starting our journey, but so far have been very impressed with the communication, structure, and the teachers we have interacted with. We have three kids attending here so are seeing a lot of the goings on at the school. We are so happy to be getting updates throughout the day and absolutely love seeing the kids activities. Definitely more bang for our buck than the competitors we toured.

If I could give ten stars I would. I don't know how anyone has anything negative about this place! I have had two children grow up in the hands of the staff here and they are all wonderful. My daughter is now in the infant room with Ms. Jen (who also took care of my son 6 years ago) and Ms. Shianne. These two ladies are attentive, loving, passionate, responsive, and secret baby whispers. I rarely ever see a baby crying because they just have a presence that allows the infants to be comfortable. The director Kelsie and assistant direct Ivette are very responsive, caring, communicates clearly, and is understanding of our needs. Lastly, this daycare provides live camera which allows me to feel bonded with my baby throughout the day AND not only that but an app that provides updates with last feeding, diaper changes, naps, and photos. I can't imagine going anywhere else! Give this place a try, you won't regret it!

We love TutorTime! Our daughter has attended for a year, starting in the two's room and then moving up to early preschool. By the second week, teachers from other classrooms would stop in the hallway to say hello to our daughter by name at drop off and pickup- this made such an impact on me! These teachers are so invested in the kids. From putting on a trunk-or-treat and family Thanksgiving lunch, to thoughtful updates on the app and in-person, we feel so happy with our daughter's time there. Every day, when we ask our daughter what she did at school, she tells us, "play with Ms. Sandra and friends!" Our daughter's previous teachers still treat her like she's their favorite kid anytime they see her, and I think they make all their current and past kids feel that way. To also add- I was a teacher for ten years, have degrees in education, etc. I know what good, happy, safe spaces for children look, sound, and feel like. We are so thankful for the staff there and plan to stay until our daughter begins public school.

First time Momma over here, and trying to find a daycare for my 3 month old at the time just seemed impossible and overwhelming. Because no one can take care of my little guy like I can right.... Well I was recommended to look at Tutor Time Anaheim Hills by a friend when I was already registered and paid for a private school/daycare down the street but thought why not. NIGHT and DAY!!! The facility is (1) secure (2) clean (3) staff is amazing/friendly. I feel like I could go on, but truly I cannot recommend this place enough. After our tour we canceled with our other daycare and Kelsie and Ivette were able to squeeze us in. I have to say I felt SOOO good about the entire thing, and I felt so relieved that my baby would be well taken care of and I could also watch him whenever I wanted. My baby was exclusively breastfed and taking a bottle was challenging in the beginning but Miss Nicole & Nylee were so patient with my little one, recommended different bottles to try and we finally got it figured out. The ability to look on the cameras and see how your child is doing is worth it, the app is so user friendly and makes it easy to communicate with the staff. If you're not sure just take a tour and you will see. Nothing like dropping your kid off knowing they are well looked after.

Our daughter has been attending this location for about a year, and overall we have been very pleased with our experience. The director Kelsie is very responsive and helpful, and the teachers seem to genuinely care about the kids. The pre-k class has been our favorite - great balance of structured learning, activities and fun. Some of the key things that this location offers that we appreciate most are live cameras that we can watch from home, meals/snacks provided and included in the price of tuition, the ability to pay tuition online and an app where the teachers provide updates on your child throughout the day (meals, activities, naps, photos, etc) and can communicate directly with the parents as needed. Our daughter is very happy here, and we would absolutely recommend this location!

I put my son in tutor Time a year ago. He was pretty severely delayed due to his autism. We were about to start him in therapy to work on his lack of speech. Almost immediately after starting him at daycare, his development leapt forward. We owe that to Ms. Britley of the twos classroom. Logan has since moved up to the early preschool class and we love those teachers too. We've also started our 1 year old to give him a jump start and he is already starting to talk. Tutor Time is the best decision we've made for our kiddos.Their policies are great. They are safe and clean. They have cameras in all rooms and we love peeking in on our babies having a blast. They are great at informing us of any incidents. Kids will get hurt when running and playing and I'm appreciative that they always keep me in the loop and are watching closely enough to know exactly what happened. Diapers are built into the cost. They are always giving us updates through their app. I get pictures and lesson plans and I can always reach them anytime if need be.I'm not sure where the grumpy reviews are coming from but every teacher seems to love what they do and are constantly working hard and loving our kids. My bigger kid asks to go to school even on the weekends and always runs in ready to play. They have our trust with our most important little lives. Thanks tutor Time!

tutor time of Anaheim hills is AMAZING! i have two children enrolled, and they love it! My son started at just over a year old, and my daughter started at 3 months old. we moved, and tried to enroll my son in a different school while I was pregnant, and we missed tutor time so much, we enrolled both of our kids and Deal with the 25 minute commute. The teachers are amazing, the facility is clean, and playgrounds are very nice. I have no complaint, and have had none since we've been there, now for a couple years. If any issue every did arise, the director's door is always open, and she is very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this tutor time!

If you want your child to literally be neglected and treated poorly, then this is the place for you. I have no idea how anyone can keep their child in this place, even if you need to work and are desperate. I am surprised that this place has not been shut down. We had our daughter in this daycare for just 3 days before we had to pull her due to their behavior (this was just last week). They have a video live stream, so we thought, amazing, we can check in on her here and there and see how we like the daycare and we feel safe....how wrong we were. Me and my husband watched the video for three days sporadically (I am talking only a few times a day) and what we saw in three days horrified us so much that we had to run and pick her up. To keep things in perspective, I have a 7 year old son that I have had in daycare and schools, so this is not a first time parent type of concern. Here is what we saw (mind you, only in three days of barely checking the video feed...I don't even want to think about what else happened the rest of the time we weren't looking):1. Every teacher in this room looks like they absolutely hate children. They rarely pick up the kids except to move them around to different stations and put toys or books near them. The kids were crying on video and they left them for a good while. Kids fell off their pillows and hit their head on the wooden floor (since they didn't even set them far enough into the carpet but rather on the edge near the wooden floors) and no one was even watching until they kept screaming and daycare teachers came over and picked them up and rubbed their heads. I saw the teachers just sit around and stare at the kids instead of sitting next to them or interacting much with them. I saw the teachers gossiping and waving their hands around wildly talking to each other while ignoring these kids. I saw them walk out of the room for long periods of time with just 4-7 infants just chilling on their own. 2. Two of the three days our daughter was there she came home with a poop diaper (we live literally 3 minutes away so it was not from a long drive home) and the 3rd day we picked her up early to pull her so she only had a huge pee diaper. She got a bad rash all over due to them not obviously changing her diapers often. 3. One of the 'teachers' was so lazy, she sat on the ground and literally threw toys across the room to the toy bin rather than get up and put them away. What is disturbing about this is that infants were seated just to the left 2 or so feet away. I don't know about you, but I don't want to trust that she is a master shot when my child's head is the collateral damage if she doesn't aim correctly. 4. Another time, that same teacher was feeding my daughter her baby food with a spoon and another baby climbed on her leg and she got annoyed, grabbed the baby by the arm with one hand and pulled her off of her and set her aside, then pointed a finger at the baby and said 'No.' I would never grab and pick up an infant by their upper arm, nor can that possibly be legal for a daycare.5. Another teacher the next day was sitting on the floor with 6 or so babies crawling around her while she was eating a slice of pizza on a paper plate, dipping it into ranch while the kids watched and panted around her like dogs. She then proceeded to feed TWO of them pizza crust. Keep in mind they are under 1 and not even supposed to eat pizza. Once we saw that we pulled her immediately. The director tried to say when my husband picked up our daughter that the parents gave permission for their babies to be fed pizza. Totally a lie since babies that age aren't even supposed to be given pizza and the fact that obviously this was like a daycare pizza party for staff as she was eating it with ranch and on a paper plate so she wouldn't have asked TWO parents ahead of time to do this and as well the director looked shocked when he told her. Also, our baby is there and we weren't asked about being hand fed teachers food ever. Secondly, she shouldn

We had no problems for the first six months. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic started the teachers are being changed frequently which is so stressful for the kids because they don’t have enough time to get use to the new teachers every while.I have noticed that my son was not happy and his behavior got worse. He hated going to school and was stressed all the time. They told us that our son is aggressive and That he hit his new teacher. She was crying because she was scared of him as they said! They kicked him out of the school because the new teacher doesn’t have any experience with kids. Isn’t their job is how to deal with kids? Or this school is just for perfect kids! They kicked him out with no notice and refused to show us the recorded video of his misbehaving! We asked the other teacher multiple times about my son and he assured us how great his behaving is.When we told them what the other teacher told us.They said “That’s not true, you didn’t ask anybody!” The management was very rude especially “Kelsie”. My son was stressed, scared and he was biting his nails. It was a very bad experience and till this day my son remembers this incident and says “Mama I wanna go and say sorry to Ms Nicole” Ms Nicole was the new teacher!By the way, they kicked him out without signing any documents !We lucky that they let him go.I would never trust this place to leave my son at.

I pulled my child from Tutor Time after the three hours he spent in the classroom. When we arrived, we were not on the schedule and the classroom was full. They had to make arrangements for my son to go in the classroom. The teacher took my son from my arms, didn't introduce herself or said anything and closed the door. 15 minutes later my husband was sent to the classroom to hand in paperwork and my son wanted to go to him. The teacher shot the door. My son started banging on the door and started crying. It just got worse after my son couldn't get to his father. On the camera he was on the floor crying, the teachers were not busy with other children. They were standing still and not looking in my son's direction. This went on for 3 hours. His needs were not addressed. I was supposed to be working but I was crying watching my son. At the end of the three hours we couldn't take it anymore. And we took our child.About an hour later we dropped him off, there was another family in the classroom and they spent 30-40 minutes talking to the teacher while the teacher is supposed to attend the children. I don't understand why we were not allowed in the classroom. After we pulled our child, I was contacted by district manager to follow up on my concerns. They said the teachers have been talked to and have also redone their NEO training to make sure they are up to date on protocols. I don't know if the training was helpful or not but hope this doesn't happen to another child.I observed a lack of enthusiasm in the administration and teachers. The teachers did not seem happy at this place. When I toured other schools the people had big smiles and they were engaging with children happily.- While we were touring here, a child's shirt was completely wet and it wasn't changed. We weren't allowed in the play area but we still went in.- The administrator's office was crowded. There was an incident report in front of me.- While we were touring, the administrator was spending time in the classroom where she had a child. Also, on my child's first day, the administrator was filling in for the same classroom.I just hope that this doesn't happen to any child again. It was a traumatic experience for our family. We could not immediately find another school, and we had to use PTO. And my child was very upset going to the new daycare for the first couple months.

Tutor time feels more like a montessori school than a day care center. The staff at the specific location are top notch. We have been bring my son here since the beginning of 2020 and his behavior at home has improved and he is learning so much. The teachers are awesome about loading what they are doing in class on the bright wheel app. I love that I get to see everything he is doing during the day and then we can talk about it at home. They also have cameras in the room so you can log in and see what your kid is up to.I highly recommend this location and care center!

I have a 3 year old in the pre - preschool class and we love her teachers Mary and Ellie. They are the perfect mix of firm and fun. My daughter absolutely loves it/them. We also have a son about to start in the infant room with Jen who is amazing and I am 100% comfortable leaving my 10 week old with! Highly recommend!
