Super friendly team. We won't continue using them though. 1) They are more expensive, but the quality is not any better. 2) I have ended up with clothes that are not my own. This concerned me about losing my own clothes. 3) When picking up our clothes today we were surprised with an invoice we thought we had paid previously. Apparently, when picking up our last batch of dry cleaning my husband gave the kind attendant his credit card, but the attendant never charged it. I don't feel secure about the way they do business.

I hate to do this type of review but it's warranted. I brought my wedding dress in back in early January. I was told 3 weeks & it took 5 months. I would call regularly & come in 2-3x a month & they would just frantically tell me come back. They stated they had two systems which is why it "got lost." I came back 3 days in a row & was finally able to receive it. It looks beautiful but a discount of 20$ for inconvenience is absolutely ridiculous. I couldn't let the person borrow who was interested in using it for their day. Although it looks great, no apology or efforts to make it right was not worth it. I would highly suggest going somewhere else.

5 different times I put my clothes in the dry cleaner and 5 different times he's been late with my clothes. Don't go here because you'll have a scheduled pick up, and next thing you know he'll make some excuse and say your clothes can be picked up another day, which messes up everyone's schedule. For context, I haven't received my clothes in over a week

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.... Please do not take your expensive luxury clothing here. I recently dropped off clothing ranging in brands from Burberry, Gucci, and Dior. A few weeks later my husband decides to wear his Dior shirt that I got dry cleaned and says that it was shrunk significantly. His shirt was no longer wearable. The reason I take clothes to dry cleaning is to protect them especially the nice clothes. Now I have $3k shirt completely ruined. When I called to let the owner know of this problem, I was immediately met with rude aggressive behavior. I could barely understand him over the yelling and screaming on the phone. He did mention to come down to his store, but I felt so threatened, scared, and uncomfortable that I did not. I felt hopeless and left with nothing else, but to leave yelp review for fellow local residents. I caution everyone doing business here. The owner of the place is very aggressive when approached with a problem. He will do nothing to find a solution.

I am currently sitting outside this cleaners at 713 am and they are still not open and yesterday they closed before 7 pm!! I am going to miss my event because this business does not know how to adhere to their business hours. This is ridiculous. Never coming back!

I brought in a pile of dresses, suits, slacks, coats that had been sitting in a pile since 2019. They got everything done in a few days and were able to add on and clean a suit I forgot to bring, in less than a day. They aren't expensive either and very friendly. Will be back, and hopefully it won't take me 2 years lol.

This place is amazing for service and reliability! I took 2 vintage silk kimonos form the 1970s and my wedding dress and he did an amazing job!
