Nice hotel overall. Wish parking was easier to get to but the hotel itself is great. The rooms are clean but small. Breakfast is decent there. There was scrambled eggs and sausage. Pool was closed when we went. Overall nice

2 queen beds, roll in shower promised for handicapped traveler. Upon arrival we were told this room was not available. Handicapped traveler could not handle tub and roll away bed was to low to stand up from.Outdoor entrance door to room three heavy duty locks seemed suspicious.Left after first night.

The place exhibits a slight state of disrepair. It may not be suitable for those sensitive to sound. The location proved to be convenient for my needs. If noise is a concern for you, this might not be the ideal place. Despite its slightly worn appearance, the location worked well for me. They cleaned the rooms really well.

Little run down, garbage bags line the hallways, asked for more toilet paper one evening since we were out and they said they would look but if I can’t find any can we wait until tomorrow? Toilet was broken (seat was tilting and wobbling, cracked porcelain in toilet), cracked bathroom door and very small sink area. They did have a hot breakfast though and coffee and tea bar which was okay but not like a Hilton Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn, or newer Elements hotels but decent enough. But back sliding door to lobby was broken as well?

Better than expected. Nice location with plenty of restaurants around. The area feels safe. The room was a pleasant surprise, very clean and comfortable. We'd choose ithis hotel again.

Room was very quiet despite being next to the freeway. We are sound sensitive light sleepers! Great wheelchair access.

This is a very nice and efficient hotel. The staff is lovely and the dining area is very neat and clean! I didn't give 4 full stars because the Internet was not very good. Very spotty and the vent in the bathroom doesn't really work so the room gets humid. Other than that I would recommend!

I stayed here for 3 nights and have strongly recommended it to everyone for future stays. Free parking and free daily breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage, frittatas, quiche, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, English's muffins, bagels, and of course juice and hot coffee. It is 20 minutes from Disneyland and is surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and a quick 10 minute drive to target, Wal-Mart, and TJ Max. What stood out to me was the service from the housekeepers and overall staff. They went above and beyond to make sure we were aware of all the facilities and offered friendly greetings every morning. If you're going to the area, this is the spot.

Everything is very good, except that the rooms need an extractor fan because the humidity is concentrated through the shower and they could use a safe.Food & drinks: They offer free breakfast as well as an inexhaustible source of tea and coffee, which you can prepare with regular milk or creams in vanilla, hazelnut or original coffeemate flavors, a nice touch.

You can tell the location is a dated structure, but it's been renovated and looks quite nice inside. Its more motel-like configuration is a little uncommon with Fairfield Inns, but it's got elevators if you don't like using the staircase. This is the first Fairfield I've been to that gives me Evian waters at check-in. The room is decently sized and breakfast is included. I'm on the top floor, so I get a great view of the highway, but it's a little noisy.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and have the basics. The only bad thing is the distance from the most important things to see in Los Angeles. In addition, it does not have restaurant service. They only offer a very basic breakfast and at very limited hours.Rooms: They have the basics, television with cable service, a small refrigerator for drinks, microwave oven and coffee for 2 days: the place is quiet, and the service is good.

I just want to start this off by saying that I’m really not one to leave a bad review but this hotel has been the worst .I am coming from out of town for my birthday and right off the bat the beds are incredibly uncomfortable!Next day we got a note claiming they would be updating software on the locks so we left a do not disturb sign on the door and left . When we got back are items were ransacked and my purse was stolen we were honestly terrified and checked the room thoroughly to make sure no one was in the room . When we spoke to the desk they were incredibly unhelpful and even sarcastic. We came back the next morning to speak to the manager,The manager never even came out and we spoke to the supervisor instead she claimed no one had entered the rooms but I’m sure we didn’t leave it open.. I’m thankful nothing important was stolen but the whole situation was incredibly stressful and they provided no help whatsoever…
