I've had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with these people for over 30 years . They WILL create a line out of 1 person, if you walk in and no customer is there, the pharmacist will more than half the time will give you a dirty look when you walk up to the register, as you're clearly a distraction and an unwanted interruption for them. Here's the kicker: it's not just this store. It's EVERY CVS. It's a systemic problem with this company

They are the rudest people ever !!! i literally heard DANNY the pharmacist tell the cashier “Just tell her we don’t have it” REALLY CVS is this the kind of customer service you have? NO WONDER LOCATIONS ARE SHUTTING DOWN! I have never been treated so rudely ?

I had pictures printed here in 3 different sizes. For some reason there was a lovely white stripe in all of my 5 by 7 photos. I don’t even want to bother going back to complain. Their photo center is just a small area right at checkout, not a full photo center like other locations

Always a big line for pharmacy and they move like snails.. Come on, pick up the pace or put more people on checkout...4/20/2023:Getting even worse. They don't have the pain meds prescribed in stock. This place is getting useless..

This location is chronically understaffed and long lines are typical. The last straw for me was when the staff let a person cut ahead of an already long line.

Twice in the two weeks I got automated calls that my prescription was ready. First time I drive over and they say it’s too early to fill. No apology for the inconvenience. Second time they tell me it’s not ready yet. I got an automated call that it’s ready for pick up! I wait 15 mins and then I get back in line. 10 more mins. Again no apology, get home and find they have changed suppliers without telling me that I’m getting a different color, shape And efficacy. So now I’m getting headaches. I called pharmacist and “there is nothing they can do.” Yikes. Horrible!

This review is specifically for the sales associate Dayna H. I always end up at the self checkout machine b/c this cvs it seems like is a bit understaffed an no one is initially at the checkout counter. And without fail I have issues scanning smaller sized items like eyeliner/greeting cards plus the lightweight items don't get detected in the bagging area space. And I HATE when an employee has to eventually come over and fix the situation b/c it comes off as such an inconvenience for them. Not with Dayna who works here. She really went above and beyond to help me out w/the self checkout and an issue with my app and purchase. She was super sweet and made me not hate shopping at cvs today. 5 stars for Dayna and a big thank you!

40 minute line to pick up a prescription is ridiculous. Only 1 person checking people out. Very under staffed.
