Horrible, horrible costumer service. Person with phone number +1 (714) 363-3226 proceeded to text and berate me over text. Who do you think you are ? Seriously, fix my phone or shut up. Don't ever text my phone again, f - ing Loser.

I wish more people ran their business like this one. Such a relief to find an honest place to fix my phone. I told him how I dropped my phone and what symptoms it had since and he was certain of what the problem was and how much it would cost. We met which was fine. In fact we met in front of his old place of business and I could see his old sign. I was fine with that because the way he presented himself was respectful. He fixed my phone in a half hour and was so polite, courteous, friendly. When he handed me the phone it looked brand new with not only the screen fixed but a new battery plus screen protector. I'm such a happy costumer and will highly recommend this business. P.S. I did go to another place and handed my phone to them but they kept telling me too many things that could be wrong with my phone and changing our agreement. I am very glad I went with my instinct and got back on yelp to find this gem.

Andy was great from start to finish. He was the first to respond to my request that was submitted pretty late at night, and then texted me first thing in the morning to gather more information before coming to do a screen replacement that took him 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend this business!!!

Andy replaced the screen on my old iPhone promptly and efficiently! When I had a problem rebooting the phone the following day he walked me through the procedure and was very patient. Would definitely recommend his services.

Came here to get my Apple Watch battery replaced, and it was done promptly (finished the same day I dropped it off!) and at a reasonable price. The battery replacement came with a year warranty as well.I noticed that the vibration wasn’t working in my watch very shortly after that, but I called in and got it fixed with no additional charge. Very seamless and painless experience. And it’s great to support a small business in repairing rather than throwing things away.Will be coming here again. Highly recommended.

Andy is a great help! Totally recommend this place. If you need a phone repair, computer repair and Bubble Screen is the place. I have come to this place 3 times for different issues and he helped me with a minor repair/guidance. He is very patient and is very knowledgeable with repairs to your cell phone, computer/ lap top.

I ended up only needing my screen protector replaced even though it looked like my phone screen was cracked. They were very helpful & in a few minutes I was on my way with a new looking phone screen!

What an awesome experience! Andy was quick to respond and very communicative. When he fixed my Apple Watch, he noticed a scratch on the replacement screen, pointed it out and ordered a new part on his own. I honestly doubt I'd ever have noticed it but I am grateful for his honesty. I'll admit I wasn't very quick to come in to complete the repair but he treated me with patience and understanding completing the job carefully and quickly. I highly recommend Bubble Screen.
