“Been in this complex for a little over a year and wanted to leave a review before my lease ends in two months. It’s been a great experience living here. The leasing office was super helpful when I was signing my lease, especially since I was moving from out of state. The office/maintenance is also very responsive and resolves any maintenance issues within two days. I’ve called for urgent matters and they have come resolve it within the same day. Everyone I’ve met in the office and maintenance are very nice and it has been easy living here. Quiet complex, plenty of guest parking (during normal hours) and there is even space in individual garages for storage.”

“Hello! I want to share my experience of moving out of the Sierra Vista complex, which is part of The Irvine Company. For my family, it was our first experience leasing an apartment in California, and in the USA overall. We arrived from Ukraine in 2022, leaving everything there, our home, our life. As you know, it's very hard to rent decent housing without having a good rental history in the USA. But we were lucky - The Irvine Company approved our lease, but with a double security deposit. The lease term was 15 months. By the end of the lease, we were very stressed because there are many extremely negative reviews on the internet about the process of moving out from The Irvine Company properties and about the huge amounts withheld from the deposit upon moving out. Of course, we took the moving-out process very seriously, we cleaned the apartment very carefully, and fixed all the shortcomings as much as possible. But still, we were under a lot of stress because the amount of the security deposit was very significant for us, and we were really counting on this return. What a pleasant surprise it was when, closer to the end of the lease term, we received excellent informational support, they literally extended a helping hand to make the moving-out process comfortable for us and ensure we did not violate any of the contract terms due to ignorance or inexperience. The outcome of the move-out was that we did not overpay anything, only for standard services - cleaning, carpet cleaning, and a single coat of wall painting. This amount was quite reasonable and very satisfactory for us. I want to express my immense gratitude to the entire team of Sierra Vista complex and especially to the assistant manager Verna Mendoza and Julia Jasaitis. who made the process of our move-out amazingly comfortable. I tell all my friends about the professionalism and clarity of the Sierra Vista team, and I see that my words change people's attitudes, potential renters, towards The Irvine Company for the better. I am grateful to the entire team and remain a devoted fan of your team. THANK YOU!!!!”

“Management team has done a phenomenal job at improving the complex and keeping it clean! Previous managers would ignore complaints, concerns, and repair requests unless they were emergencies. Current manager, Carla, is always happy to help with any questions and has gotten repair requests done within a week (in my experience). I never feel like I am inconveniencing her or maintenance team as previous maintenance team and managers used to make it seem! Honestly a great place to live.”
“I recently moved in to a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. The complex is big and really well maintained. Every time we call to have something fixed or maintained they send someone over right away. The leasing manager is also really nice and attentive. The apartments are well maintained and spacious. The cabinets are a little outdated but they are in good conditions and can be overlooked while still decorating in a modern style. The only thing I didn't like was that we have to pay for water and trash, the last apartment the property management group paid for that. But it can be overlooked with the amenities that come with the apartment. The street that the complex is located on is a pretty busy street and when you leave your windows opened you can hear the traffic but we try to keep the windows closed since the insulation works so well here. On really hot days the apartment stayed cool and I liked that it comes with central AC and a nest. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is also a big plus and we were able to get a corner bottom unit. The other draw back is that the two parking spots are really far apart and whoever parks the farthest has a big walk. The other draw back is that due to covid we can't use the pool or jacuzzi. Overall, we are happy with the apartment and the neighbors are quiet and considerate and everyone leaves each other alone.”
“The Jackson is the second AMC property my family has lived at because AMC always has the best staff! Everyone who works here is so friendly and maintenance is always quick to help. The property itself is kept up nicely, and there's been lots of updates to the outdoor amenities and the apartments themselves as well. Plus the first floor patios are huge! The location of these apartments are perfect because there are so many shopping/grocery/food options all within a 10 minute drive, not to mention close to both the 91 and 57. 10/10 recommend living here!”

“I’ve lived at The Aspens Fairhaven for over 25 years. Obviously I love it! The landscaping is beautiful, the apartments are amazing, and Patrick the manager is the best! I sold my house, moved there, and I never want to move again. I feel like I live at a resort hotel like in Yosemite, a beautiful forest escape in the middle of the city. I love coming home from work into that amazing environment each night and seeing the local wildlife. The amenities like the pool, Jacuzzi, clubhouse are the most beautiful in the county.”

“I stopped by last week with my husband and toured with Abby. The community was beautiful and clean. We really loved 1818 since they are a part of the Essential Housing Program and it is within our budget. The new management, Greystar is known for and really good about providing the best customer service they can. I had so many questions for Abby and she was more than happy to answer all of them for me. The application process was super easy and she helped me get everything done and we were approved super quick. I definitely recommend this complex especially since they are a Greystar community.”

“We ultimately went with another complex, however this was equally a very close second choice, had the other complex rejected us or no longer been available. I want to give this complex 5/5 stars for communication, and friendliness. The price was slightly cheaper than other apartments, and also very clean when we were given a tour. The apartments also all came with a large closet/ garage area for storage, cat only(great to avoid dogs barking) was extremely clean and had beautiful landscaping all around. It was also very quiet on the Saturday afternoon we had been given a tour.”

We came from a homeless shelter and it’s nice to feel like home in your apartment. They are helpful and friendly and I and my daughter are happy to have them on the property.
