Best customer service I have received in a while, their polices are great, they are down to earth and understanding whennthey are explaing the policies to you. They have saved me from dipping in my account and taking out money that I know I didn't need at that time. Safe location from what I have experienced and seen, rather than the one In Fairfield.

Horrible customer service at this bank. Unprofessional tellers who I doubt can read or write on a 4th grade level. Manager is also non-existent and they treat customers like garbage. Avoid at all costs.

no one in office helpful and impossible to reach by phone. Still on hold at this time, called with two phones, both waiting 15 mins now and still waiting. I had issues with Chase and they picked up in one min and fixed issue. Avoid westamerica if you ever want to see your money again

I don't leave too many bad reviews, but this is by far the absolute worst bank. There's a long list of problems. They didn't lose any money, but the amount of hassle and undue "security" checks and balances, is totally crazy. I can't transfer money online to another bank, it took me almost six months for them to accept a credit card payment, and there's more. There's a roadblock at every turn. I would RUN from this bank. Their people are nice, but their systems, policies, website limitations, etc. are terrible.

I came here last week to cash a check and I must say that the employees there were very nice and knowledgeable. It was the quickest and easiest transaction. Thank you to Nancy too she was really helpful and great people skills too!

Great quiet bank overall. Always short wait times. Hardly ever get robbed But. Recently talked me into signing up for Thier Visa Rewards card. Just to find out its a 3rd party CHASE visa and there are NO REWARDS!!! I already have 4 Chase Visa cards and my favorite one is my AMAZON Rewards card that Actually does give back in purchases but No actual cash value. They Lied to me and when I went to the Branch in American Canyon today to complain about their Rip off... They had nothing to say. Im just another s***** to them apparently

I went to the bank in the morning, to deposit my money in my savings account, but the teller didn't add it properly and she wrote the wrong amount ,so I had to go there again 5 minutes later. Her name was Carmen, but when I went there again she wasn't there , she was on her lunch break, so there was a different teller who helped me to correct the mistake Carmen made, her name is Natalie there was another lady I didn't ask for her name,they boy helped me and fix up my book. This is the second time this has happened to me. If you don't know how to do simple adding and subtracting and counting please go back to school. Please don't rush when your working. Asked Carmen to give me $100 cashback and she gave me $180 like are you kidding me you can't even count and your working, in this bank that's a shame, this is so irritating . Get everything straight please. Thank you this is the second time this has happened to me .

They changed the lobby hours without any notice, now they open at 9 and close at 4:00 instead of 5:00., I go to work at 8 and get off at 4:30p. I don't like depositing cash into an ATM, I've had money taken from a deposit made at an ATM in the past, and today I get a call that my deposit is short. My son handed it to me, he counted it, I counted it, took it directly to the bank and now it's $20 short. Bull.....

The manager told me she would take care of an issue and call me back. She took my number, confirmed it was correct in the computer and promised to call me back. She never did. This manager obviously doesn't care about her long time customer.
