They worked hard to take care of the line of people waiting to pick up things. They also answered my questions. They do excellent work considering how busy they are.

Again, I waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me as I was the only car in the drive thru. Really tired of this location and their slow service. Get it together!

The only reason why this store is not a five is because the drive through pharmacy window speaker is never as loud as it SHOULD be. It's also rude to not be able to SEE who is serving you due to the reflective window covering.

Very organized store. But they need appointments for flu shot even though they have no customer in line.

The pharmacy at this location has the worst customer service. The pharmacist is rude. I signed up for vaccine appointments for my son and I and left work early to get there on time. The windows were closed. I waved my vaccine card to show them I had an appointment. The pharmacist came out and I told her we have 7 & 7:15 appointments. She rudely said "We are closed" and "We made calls so we can't help you right now." I didn't get a call. No heads up nothing. She also was the same pharmacist who denied a booster vaccine to my man and was so horrible to him. It was embarrassing for him. It's really important for health care workers to have some humanity. I say this as a healthcare worker myself. I believe her name is Cathy. She epitomizes that mean Filipino Tita/Auntie vibe (IYKYK). She really needs her attitude checked. It's probably best that I didn't get vaccinated by her anyway. I will never go to this pharmacy again and advise people to change their pharmacies to Safeway down the street or to another one in Vallejo.

If I can give the pharmacist zero stars I would! A bunch of empathetic pharmacist that work there. All they do is put you on hold forever and I mean forever! And after I get a hold of them expressing my frustration with my case the lady who had a huge fat accent hung up on me!! Who the hell does that in this profession??? So damn rude!! I will never recommend anyone prescribing their medicine in this pharmacy!! It's clear that they have a pattern and everyone is so unhappy with them look at the reviews!!!

Worst customer service I have ever had in any CVS store. Manager was soooo unfriendly and rude. Didn't even say hello. Idiot. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE.

I came to pick up my items through store pickup/curbside. My first time doing this as an item I had purchased elsewhere was out of stock I found here. Directions were to go to the photo counter to pick up order. I proceed to do so as I wait and see the manager, the cashier and a fedex delivery guy taking care of a matter. I notice the manager pickup a bag which I assume is my order. I wait and finally the lady says I'll take care of it. Whoever she is her tone was well off rude. I did not care for it as her manager (or whoever his role is) says her order is right there. Then her tone changes as she looked and scans it. Have a bit of a better attitude just because things weren't going right with whatever you guys were doing back there. Thank you to the other guy who noticed I was waiting and had it ready before she decided to step in. Never do I really write reviews but this just didn't sit well with me in regards to the lady. I will come back if I have no other choice. Normally service and attitude have been great but as of today... yeah we will see. Have a great day.

I usually pick up my prescription medication at this location, mostly the pharmacists who assist me are usually friendly and accommodating but whoever is working today November 27 Saturday afternoon time is 3:30pm and they said they're name is Alicia and Ester or pretending their names when I asked both of them are not friendly and has ZERO customer service. Mostly pharmacist are helpful but not what I expected in today's visit. Rude service today, hope they change it. Holidays are coming they need to be nice. Thanks

I switched to this pharmacy from another Walgreens a couple of years ago and thought it was great. Now I am rethinking things. I have auto refills on all my medications. Last time they were out of my blood thinner and I had to wait for them to receive it. Today, my dr. ordered me an antibiotic at 9:30 am. I followed its progress (in progress) and all of a sudden it was "out of stock If you need it right away contact the pharmacy." I contacted the pharmacy and was told they would not have it until Monday or Tuesday (4 or 5 days). How can a pharmacy allow itself to run out of an antibiotic? How can someone who has an infection wait 4 or 5 days to start the antibiotic. I told them I need it right away that I am a diabetic and cannot afford to wait. They told me I could contact another Walgreens to see if they have it. What happened to customer service? I spent 25 minutes on hold trying to speak with another Walgreens pharmacy to check their stock.

Received email from Walgreens that my online order was ready for pickup. When I went to the store in the afternoon on Tuesday, 8/10/21, the clerk, an African American male, at photo/pickup desk brought my item out. When he went to scan it, he informed me that the item would not scan so he could not sell it to me." After he insulted me to do his job by saying "Why don't you come over here and look and try for yourself," I requested he get his store manager to assist by performing an override if he could not. The store manager, a Caucasian male, also refused to help and sell the item to me despite the online order was approved and I was given a confirmation to pickup, which is the only reason I drove 25 miles from my home to the store. They even charged me 10 cents for a bag for an item they refused to turnover to me. When I asked they refund my credit card for the 10 cents they charged, they refused to refund the card and told me I could just take a bag with no item. The clerk and store manager showed the attitude of not wanting to help and that I, the customer was at fault and bothering them. I seemed to be the only one looking to solve their computer problem. They didn't even think of offering to hold the item for me and giving me a courtesy call once they can sell it to me or better yet, call me after they sent the email confirmation and explain the situation so I did not have to drive all the way there for nothing. I recommend the district manager implement better customer service training where their managers and clerks develop the passion to want to help and solve problems for customers.

Refused to let my three year use the bathroom because it was Sunday. Told me if it was Monday we would let the child use the restroom. We waited for a covid shot for my other daughter and a parent is required. Why are we waiting - no line two staff members in pharmacy.. and no common curtesy
