I went to the branch in American Canyon to purchase my first car. The salesman Kirby was absolutely great! My whole experience was very good. There was no pressure to purchase a vehicle until I was ready and certain. I totally suggest anyone looking to buy a great and reliable car to come here!

This review is just to prevent others from wasting their hard earned money. First let me say this isn't just a faulty car. This is a business ran by scam artists. (Jairo and his wife) I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing a car from them. Our cars setting were def reset. Jairo told my husband that he had changed the oil but tell me why 5 days later it dropped to 10% we had a bad feeling so took it to a reputable mechanic and sure enough they insisted we sell the car which was obviously disheartening when we had just literally purchased it. One of the most common things seems to be the catalytic converter. I personally am not into mechanics but have no doubt in my mind after reading the reviews he knew our catalytic converter was bad. My heart breaks for anyone desperate to buy a car with their hard earned money at this faulty business.

Just bought a Ford F-150 from Valle Auto Sales. Jairo and Kevin were the best. They made the sales experience so easy and we felt at home there. They were so knowledgeable and patient and explained things in a way we could understand. We definitely will be buying from them again. We just found our new car dealership!! Thanks guys! I had a great experience at valley auto sales, keep in mind that buying a vehicle is not all fun and games no matter what dealership you go to. Buying a vehicle is a financial process and one with lots of paperwork and jumping through hoops to get the deal done. Having said that I can promise you that nobody will work harder to get you a better deal or treat you with more respect than the guys at valley auto sales. I am glad I kept my purchase local and was made to feel like family by the people at valley auto sales.

On July 6th I purchased a used 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Valley Auto sales. Almost immediately it began to have problems. The engine began ticking 2 days after purchase, the brakes began to squeal along with other problems. We brought it to a Jeep dealership as soon as we could and they found many problems immediately. The engine noise was indicative of serious cam and lifter issues. The radiator, axle, and oil housing were leaking. We contacted Valley Auto Sales about the problems and they assured us ay that time that they would "fix the problems". They said they needed to take the car for a day, but kept it for 3 days, and then returned it unrepaired. They ignored calls and texts for another week and then said they would only repair the ticking, that they would need to take it for 2 weeks, and they would not supply a loaner car. The bill for the lifters was only $2000, but the total repairs needed were over $6500. I requested that they just buy it back, but they refused.We brought the Jeep into the dealership to have the lifters and radiator fixed because they were the most immediate problems. They said the repairs could be done in a day, not 2 weeks! The next day we got a call form the dealership. The engine had previously been worked on, only the repairs were done exceedingly poorly. There were no gaskets, instead a cheap silicone sealant had been used. The sealant had failed and leaked into all parts of the engine. The radiator was full of it. More concerningly the high pressure fuel line was missing a critical clip that had been replaced with a zip tie. The mechanic described it as a "ticking time bomb" that could have caused the engine to literally explode in a ball of fire. When I told him how I had acquired the Jeep he had no doubt that the dealership was the responsible party. They had it on their lot for over 2 month before we bought it!Do not every buy a car from this dealership. They buy cars with problems, fix them so poorly and cheaply as to make them dangerous, and then offload them on unsuspecting customers. They will mess around with you and delay you in the hope that you will go away. Don't let them make you another victim of their fraud!

Owner Jairo was quick to respond to my text enquiry about a 2017 Ford F-150 and made accommodations for us to check out the truck and test drive it on a day they are closed. He explained everything well to us with no aggressive tactics to sell the truck. We test drove the truck, loved it and purchased it. Just like that. He has great customer service and will definitely recommend this dealership.
