Just went in today for a return. Used the self serve kiosk but asked an employee about putting the home printed label on the inside of a see through bag. She claimed I needed a bubble mailer or box for a return -_-

I have never had a bad experience at this store. Lines who cares. Go somewhere else, it’s the only one in the area. Everyone there always friendly and helpful. I have read no valid complaints. It’s usually ones who complain about everything and feel entitled. Like why complain about lines??♀️??♀️ and the owners have been very nice and helpful to me also. 5 stars from me. More if I was able?

Everyone that works there is very friendly, knowledgeable and is respectful of my time. I have done my passport pictures, shipped documents and packages and as well as done my fingerprints and everything has been taken care of without any problems.

Whoever the older man and woman were so rude to the poor older Asian customer in front of us. They seemed to just not want to explain how to mail out her package because they all had accents. Not the first time I’ve witnessed them be rude customers either.

We went in today to do an Amazon return and I have to say the staff was absolutely STELLAR!! My partner is in poor health and needed to return an office chair. It had been somewhat broken down but he did not realize that it needed to be boxed up completely. I worked with the team to come up with a plan to get it boxed up. For what they accomplished it was worth the charge!!! They were able to get it boxed up and ready to return even while a steady stream of customers were coming in and being helped. Thank you to all of you!!

I ship packages regularly. My last visit the lady made me feel as if she was trying to just make money instead of being helpful. I was shipping my daughter an old phone and she wanted to charge me $240 dollars to go to Nevada. Told her I don’t need that coverage and still pressured me. I needed to get it shipped and still charged me $110 to ship a tiny box. I should have gone to USPS instead but I had my own urgency. I find out now I could have sent for less than $20 with them. I won’t visit this store again and will go to the Vallejo location next time or USPS. We work hard every day for money and I know it’s a business but to take advantage of individuals in your own community that live across the street is outrageous. I have 3 children that I ship to regularly and holidays. They won’t be getting my business again after many positive experiences previously. She may have been the owner but she was making errors pulling up my account also because she simply was not listening. All in all with the charge of the box was close to $130. I could ship the Philippines and back to the US go $75. Being funny but that would take 2 months on a boat.?

Horrible customer service, and lack of understanding. I ordered printer ink from Amazon, and it arrived damaged. I requested a replacement and took the damaged product to the UPS store to have it returned. Amazon did send a label to my phone and I took it to the store and they wanted to charge me $4 to print it. I explained I was returning printer ink because I didn't have a printer and that this is what Amazon had instructed. Staff member didn't want to hear it and said it was four dollars or they could not take the return. In addition, this was a Friday afternoon and there were five people on staff. I waited almost 15 minutes because they were all engaged in conversation or on their cell phone and not helping people in line. Amazon needs to revisit their contract with the UPS store... The lack of customer service does not reflect the quality of service that Amazon provides .

Jyoti does NOT have good customer service. First interaction in October 2022: I told her I had just sent an email to print out a paper. She walked toward the laptop without looking at the email and came back to me and said "it's just too much. Use the computer to print it out. I won't charge you." After I used the computer and printed out the paper, she still charged me 3 dollars. 2nd interaction (December 12, 2022). Came in with two boxes for rental books to return. I give her the paper to scan and to put it into the plastic slip. She rolls her eyes, exhales deeply, walks to the paper cutter and cuts the paper small to fit into the plastic slip. Usually when I return my book since I'm a college student, the workers just fold the paper and put it into the plastic slip. It doesn't need to be cut. But overall, Jyoti doesn't have good people skills and should improve with her Interactions with costumers. She should NOT roll her eyes and act frustrated. She need to gain patience with costumers.
