“Cathy Rojas proved invaluable as we moved through the process of selling our rental, complicated by the fact that we live out of the area where the property is located. The house needed various repairs, yard maintenance, touch-up interior painting, junk removal and major cleaning (not only deep housecleaning but cleaning of the floor tile, carpet, windows, and gutters). In addition, we chose to stage the home and do both a pest and house inspection. All this had to be done before the property could be photographed and listed. We were on a tight schedule yet could not be present to hire, manage, and supervise all the professionals involved to complete the multitude of tasks, which felt overwhelming at the time. Cathy took over everything from Day 1 and in her extremely capable hands, with her impressive network, our property was ready to list within a few weeks.
