We stayed for one night and extended our stay until noon the next day. When we left, I accidentally forgot a one of a kind dress used for a very special occasion hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Just two hours later, I returned to retrieve it and the housekeepers and desk personnel lied and gaslit me, telling me I must have misplaced it in my luggage (I had one small bag). I called the next day and the Manager gave me hollow lip service about an investigation that resulted in nothing. I'm heartbroken that staff would either steal or trash a guest's valuables with no recompense. Be careful staying at this Hotel, your belongings are not safe.

Easily the worst Holiday Inn Express we’ve stayed in. We choose this chain all the time because they are reliably pleasant, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Not the American Canyon location. Trash and dirty linens were in the hall when we checked in - and still there in the morning. The $57 per fee was not obvious when we booked on IHG’s app. We awoke to the sound of forklifts and machinery at 5:30 from the industrial lumber yard next door. Never stopped disappointing! (But the bed was comfy, so 2 stars).
Noteworthy details: Very noisy. And when I noted to a staff person that a bag of trash was in the hall since the night before, his unhelpful response was “I know. It’s terrible.”

Nothing modern about this place at all. It’s ghetto and musty. Hallway’s reek of marijuana. The first room I was assigned to 10** reeked of strong foul smelling urine and the undercarriage of the box spring was visually hanging down touching the floor. Went to the front desk and told them the room was totally unacceptable. I couldn’t believe that they would expect someone to pay to stay in there! The second room I got was 23**same box spring problem. I was traveling with 2 kittens and they kept getting stuck inside the box spring, I was very concerned about their safety. The Hvac was filthy and there was trash around it. The rooms are very tiny. When trying to use the air conditioning it smelt like burnt popcorn, me and my kittens were choking. Sticky substance splattered on bathroom door. NO FRESH WATER. Staff pretends to care but really don’t. After asking for a new room for 2 days I was denied and had to cancel my 21 day reservation. I only stayed 2 nights, it was so bad I’d rather sleep in my car. The only good thing about this place is that it’s next to Walmart. They use old metal bed frames and old box springs. Go somewhere else! My reservation cost over 6,000 and they did not care about losing business for deplorable conditions. The gym has three machines only 1 worked. No hand sanitizer or water.

Clean standard Holiday Inn rooms. Our first room was in a horrible location by an exterior door that kept slamming . Went to front desk and De Andre was super polite and helpful and got us moved to a better location. Greatly appreciated his helpful service. Was quiet in hotel, didn’t hear other guests moving around. Breakfast was mediocre but edible. Bagels a bit stale. Sausage and egg omelets were fine and several yogurt options, fruit and cereal appeared to be available. Only other hitch we had was when coming back later one night none of the side doors worked with our key card. Ended up walking around most of the building to get to front entrance.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a quick trip into town to help family move. Everything went very smoothly and the experience was pleasant. The room was clean and nicely appointed (pretty standard for the Holiday Inn Express). The staff who helped us were all very nice and courteous. My only real complaint was the breakfast: the eggs and sausage were pretty nasty and drenched in water. There was no creamer for the coffee. And the first yogurt I grabbed was expired. At least my bagel and cream cheese saved the day. My mother seemed to enjoy her cinnamon roll too. But overall, we just weren't super impressed by the breakfast. We both have had better at other Holiday Inn Express locations. But overall we enjoyed our stay. 4/5 stars.

I was initially thrilled with this place and the facilities did not disappoint me. My room was neat, clean, well-stocked, and an easy and convenient 3-minute walk to about five restaurants. Indian, Panda Express, and a Wing store. You could even join the Marine Corps. The room had a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, an iron/board, a controllable thermostat, a safe, and ample outlets to plug in electronics. This town is considered the southern edge of Napa Valley and northern Vallejo, which is not a very safe place to be when examining crime statistics. Avoid Vallejo and you should be fine.I was on the second floor, of a three-story building. I could hear every door above me and below me. It was not nearly as quiet as I would have liked.

Room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. However we had some issues with the room we were given. We were assigned a room on the first floor right next to the side exit. We had a safety concern because our room could be easily accessible from the window or from the exit. No bar on the windows. The exit door was constantly slamming throughout the night and kept us awake. We also shared a wall with people who had a barking dog. Overall we didn’t have a good nights sleep and were provided any compensation.

I found 2 bugs in my bed; 1 dead & 1 still alive. I was told no bed bug spray available because maintenance wasn't in but I could move rooms. I sprayed my personal pillow & pjs with disinfect and placed in plastic bag. I moved all of my stuff by myself to new room. I can't sleep now AND I don't have a useable pillow or pjs so it's almost 1am & I'm just up writing this review....NO SLEEP after traveling 2500 miles...TEARS!! This is BAD?!!!Rooms: BUGS IN BED!
