I visited this location on 5/11 was immediately met with an unfriendly face that tried to turn me away really fast without even trying to get me help. As i was preparing my leave a banker by Eric approached and was able to help me out above and beyond. The first banker told me they were busy for the next 2 days and Eric tells me he can get me in and even was about to stay late to help me figure my account and got me another appointment the next day to finish everything. I appreciate you Eric thank you

Useless staff. Manager can’t simply get up to approve a transaction. Or sign off on it even with items are brought up to her desk. Have you wait 20 minutes to continue waiting on her. It’s horrible service. Was here at 3:50. Manager comes out 20mins before closing to tell me she’s with a client can’t cash your check today. Tells me to go to my bank. Or the other Bank of America across town. It’s poorly managed. Manager needs training. She had to have the other banker help her with opening an account and still was struggling.

Where's the party?? Apparently behind the teller counter! Only one teller, but I we have a greeter. What's that all about? Total waste of my time and your human resources. OPEN ANOTHER TELLER WINDOW!!It is not a privilege to bank here!

Found myself needing cash. Fortunately, this Bank of America location in American Canyon was close to the hotel we were staying at. I cannot tell you about the staff because it was past operating hours. I can tell you that the ATMs are not located outside the building. You have to open the outer doors, and then there they are. Two clean and shiny ATMs waiting to be used. They worked well, and the machine even gave me the option to choose how I wanted the currency allocated with regards to bill denomination. Using the ATM sure beats being helped by the staff. I've had some bad experiences in regards to wait time at other branches.

Only 1 teller, they said it will take 15 minutes waiting. I've been waiting for 10 minutes, no one comes and help this teller. This is ridiculous, 3 people waiting

Bank of America is a joke. Every time I go into one of their establishments there is a line that takes nearly 30 minutes because they only have 1 teller working. The frustrating part is that while we wait in line there are half a dozen other employees doing nothing...maybe they could step up and help? Businesses use to be about customer service and took pride in it...not anymore.

Lack compassion. Wife had a CSection. Arrived at the parking lot 5min minutes to close. There was a long line inside still. Clearly everyone can see her walking slow in pain. She got to the door 1min after close and they closed the door in front of us. Couldn't even accommodate 1 more. Tried to confide ahead before they closed the door asking staff to look at her as she took time to get to door. But no. Just couldn't hold the door open one minute later. Will never forget that experience and now in the process of taking my money out elsewhere. Also been banking with BofA for more than 1.5 decade.

I have been into the American Canyon branch on many occasions. The service from Diana every time is the beat I have ever experienced in any bank! I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews, but she deserves it. Thank you!

HAD to get 3 NEW DEBIT CARDS IN THE SAME MONTH Because my pin never works!!!! I told the the lady my issue she laughed it off got my new card had me set up a po in and IT DIDN'T WORK AGAIN. I TOLD HER SEE NOW YOU BELIEVE ME SHE SAID SHE NEVER SEEN IT DO THAT AND its a glitch. Now at the dmv and to oay a fee and it says invalid pin. Do not back with b of a and definitely do not use american canyon!!!! Atleast go to vallejo b of a they listen!!
