Lost a fiber optic on my front sight. Paul the gunsmith jumped on it right away and replaced it there on the spot! Was very fortunate - as I dropped in right after the range with no appointment.

Did a PPT here… and then spent much more than I had anticipated because Michelle’s customer service was that exceptional. Seller asked me to meet them here and after this experience I understand why. I passed double digit number of gun shops to get there and now I’d happily make the drive again. Was greeted as soon as i entered the shop in a friendly manner. We were eventually helped by Michelle while chatting it up with the other associates as well as customers in the shop at the time. It was as if the stars had aligned and gifted us with this experience. Best retail customer service experience ever. The general vibe in the shop is fantastic. Very down to earth, friendly and professional staff all around. I ended up spending more than I had expected to that day, specifically because Michelle’s customer service was that amazing. If only I possessed a vocabulary vast enough and the writing skills impressive enough to provide a review that would do justice to Michelle’s competent, friendly, kind, and spunky… I’m literally smiling as I’m remembering my experience there. 10/10. Absolutely take your business here.

I started going to this gun store maybe over a couple years ago, I used to go to AAA sports in Vallejo or whatever they're called on Springs Road, after a friend recommended this to me, this is the only place I will ever have any of my guns look at maintenance/The only place I will purchase, I refer all my friends to this place. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Oh yeah, it's an old marine guy in there. Don't let him give you shit especially if you're navy man.! but I love this place thank you guys please

The best gun shop in the Bay Area. Everyone is extremely kind, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable - something rare in gun shops.
It’s the absolute best one I’ve been to across two states. Inventory is a little less than some bigger stores but they’ll order anything you need.
I live in the South Bay, and I’ll drive 90 minutes to go here over going to other places much closer - they’re that helpful. Highly recommend them even if it’s a far trip.

Outstanding customer service, they acknowledge you as soon as you walk through the door and offer you drinks or coffee , very accommodating. Employees are very knowledgeable with the products and can show you everything you need to know and will work with you on what you are looking for specifically and are patient when they do great personality we had some laughs I will definitely be back here.

29 Outdoor Gear made purchasing a handgun for a first timer really painless! The service was impeccable. Michelle took care of me from start to finish. She was super patient with me. Kassandra has helped me twice and I am very thankful for her expertise. Both my sister and I ended up getting our certificates with her. She walked us through our purchase process. This store is my go to for my firearm needs as well as information about classes. When I walked into the store today, Michelle was there and patiently walked me through the entire cleaning process. I am very satisfied and happy.
