Friendliest little market in all of Alturas! If you like to cook, you just have to check out their spices! There are so many unique choices to get your culinary creativity flowing! And they are VERY reasonably priced!Also, I just saw this a couple of weeks ago... they are serving fresh cut-up fruit (selection varies) in a resealable container!And.... I heard tonight that they are bringing in a new machine ? for you to try your luck on! It will be just inside the door, on your left, next to the dog food.

This place has an incredible selection of produce for such a small store. The staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I always stop here to shop when passing thru Alturas.

As a resident of this town I used to adore shopping here until I was recently treated poorly. My partner and I have shopped here plenty of times for particular items. However, the one time I go out to shop alone without my partner I'm all of a sudden profiled by an older guy and tall lady there.I already have high anxiety about being out alone, but to be profiled on top of it is unacceptable! To be glared at while I shop for my sickly dog is extremely uncomfortable and has reduced my wanting to do my usual shopping there. I prefer to throw my money at the other grocery stores that has a way friendlier service rather than this over priced market.

Four Corners Market is the last of the mom & pop corner stores in Alturas. Perhaps having the busiest corner in town explains their continuing survival.Not completely though. Customer loyalty also explains much.

Very very very expensive... This place charges 3x more then other places... I realize it's a mom and pop store but holy $#1! I really don't see how this place survives...

We stopped at this market on a road trip. We bought some very delicious meat and a few other items. They had a great selection for a small market. The prices were very reasonable and everyone was very friendly.

Can get your fresh ground coffee hereGreat selection of meat. Also a freezer section of marked down food that usually disappears quickly. Sure you might pay a little more than Holiday and definately more than Groc Out- HOWEVER the meat cuts are top notch.Clean store throughout and well-stocked. Friendly service... (however the dark chocolate covered pretzels are aparently not as easy to restock :( )There is some local produce in the produce section from time to time. .. The herb section I think is GREAT (for an herby person). Great local honey too.A must to check if ambling thorugh Alturas (but you KNOW you'll come back through!)

Stop by here every year to stock up on water and last minute groceries on my way to burning man. The staff is super friendly, they love burners.
