Chimney Rock Travel Center, while boasting a convenient location and a team of lovely staff, unfortunately falls short in several key areas that are crucial for a travel center. The lack of fresh, cold, or hot food options is a significant drawback, especially for travelers looking for a quick, nutritious bite. The inability to refill propane can be a major inconvenience for those on the road with specific fuel needs. Additionally, the selection of items in the store is quite generic and lacks variety, which might disappoint those seeking more unique or local products. However, it's worth noting that the staff at Chimney Rock Travel Center are commendable for their pleasant and helpful service. It's clear that the potential for a great travel center is there, but improvements in the range of services and product offerings are necessary. Hopefully, management will take steps to enhance these aspects for the benefit of both travelers and their dedicated staff.

Nice store very clean... very friendly staff... I just suggest dont to eat or buy anything under there heat lamps... seems like it sits there all day... yuck...

Nice clean store. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff.Not great for RVs if you don’t drive a diesel as the long area out back only has diesel Have to wait for the outer right gas pump. Would be nice to have gas at at least one island out back.

AFTER WE DRIVE 7 HRS.. We pull up we see the cashier moping the floor.. We go in grab something to drink an then go to the counter. (Artia) the cashier was finishing up with a customer. When she was done we asked for some hot food. . When she went to grab the food I asked her, Can you please wash your hands. She looked at me an started to augue with me. I told her I just seen you moping the floor an the using the cashier. Don't you know you wash your hands before you handel food... she slammed the window to the food an ran to the back. I told her never mind its ok. Then she got mad again " I was going to wash my hands... SMH... I dont know about anyone else but I dont want to someones dirty hands feeding my kids... Do better Chimney Rock
