In town needed some fuses for my breaker box. I came into Ace this Wednesday 1/24/24 afternoon about 3:15 pm was greeted by this young gentleman. He was very nice and guided me to the area were the fuses were. It's nice to come into town and have a friendly person help you. Great customer service and a very friendly place to do your shopping. I will continue coming here and recommend it to everyone that lives here or just passing by.

Extremely helpful staff! A young man helped me find Semi-Gloss white paint, shook it, and walked it out to the car for me because I had my 6 month old with me! Very friendly employee, I enjoyed my time there!

I had been shopping there for years, but the owner and Melissa a manager there are often rude to me and I've had issues for years. Even so I was surprised when they blocked my rewards program, lied about it for over 6 months and then refused to reissue the points. Even though I've spent thousands of dollars there, they actually complained about my using the essential oil samples. Some employees give good customer service, but I won't be shopping there anymore. They are privately owned and not a franchise. I guess I'm a difficult customer- so now I have to drive to Home Depot which actually has better product, better prices, and better service. Totally disappointing! Welcome to Alturas where low class hits a new low. I can't believe I ever ended up here. Don't ever move here.
