Robert was extremely helpful today. I am very impressed with his desire to help me. I had been to 3 or 4 other post offices to complete the id verification and nobody else could help me. He went above and beyond and figured it out for me. Thank you Robert.

They wont deliver mail and they emidiatly send packages or papers back if its not theirs even though in the system is has the home or physical address... if i didnt need them for our mail i would... my package was sent to the po and they sent it back the same day... didnt even give me a chance to pick it up or anything so now i have to wait again... its ridiculous... DONT LIVE IN THIS TOWN if you like receiving ur mail...

They lost two of my packages that arrived on two separate days and still haven’t found them a week later. My tracking says they were delivered to my box but they were never there and they “can’t do anything about it” because tracking says they were delivered- someone probably put them in the wrong PO Box and got my merchandise. The gentleman who I’ve talked to about it was very nice but that doesn’t get me my $65 worth of products back.

I have gone in here twice both times the customer service has been awful...the first time the lady stayed on the phone talking to another employee with the line out the door trying to walk her through a program Instead of putting her on hold ...the second time tried to make me buy tape to put a printed paid stamp on the box....anyway to get out of doing work...I'll never go back there again totally not helpful

Staff and service is friendly. It isn't very busy here & when the holidays come around this place is really awesome about sending your holiday mail out in time. It doesn't smell like a homeless shelter, rather it has the scent of paper & stamps in there. In the summer time the inside of the place is cool enough to check your mail at leisure. Its clean inside and organized.

Great little post office!! The staff was very helpful with directions to a wedding we attended. ( no one knows the area like the mailman or UPS guy ;) They also taught me not to always rely on GPS if traveling in an rural area with sporadic cell signal.
