I was having a sleeve gastrectomy surgery and was told by my surgeon to purchase certain vitamins that I'd have to be taking indefinitely. James spent so much time explaining things about each vitamin in detail that even my surgeon didn't tell me about. For example I didn't know I was supposed to take my calcium twice daily instead of once. He was very professional and kind.
