I was shooting the breeze with Anthony (the guy behind the counter) about cigars and he gave me some great advice on a makeshift humidor because I didn't have one. Needless to say this is my new go-to spot.”

“I don't like going into vape/smoke shops, but this is an exception. The owners are nice people, great businessmen and provide wonderful customer service. There are a lot of tweakers and transients in the immediate area but the guys do a good job keeping loiterers out and they don't put up with BS. I could care less about the value of the merch at this point. I don't mind supporting business owners with extra $ to shop at a safer place and be at an establishment where customer service is still valued. Thanks guys”

“My brother took me here & I am happy he did. It's not too far from where I live. The store is clean and the operating hours are convenient for anyone. They have an abundance of smoking utensils to choose from at competitive prices. If they don't have what you are looking for they will make every effort to get it or offer some comparable to what you want. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially like Arthur. I bought a nice bong for a really good price. I bought it in 2022 and have been using it ever since, with no issues.”

“They make you feel like you’ve known each other a long time - they are so welcoming and make you feel at ease. One time my card was rejected for payment. Several times I tried before finally giving up. You know I was feeling embarrassed and I didn’t want to hold up any other customers. But he said don’t worry. It’s ok. Try one more time. So I looked around , sighed, and swiped my card one more time. And it went through! I know it’s in his best interest to help me make a payment, but he was patient and understanding in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid or embarrassed. Idk why but that experience really struck me because there are so many people who are insensitive to the experience of others who just don’t care about how another person might be feeling.”
