“This shop is a life saver. Was looking for suorin air pods that were out of stock everywhere and then I found this shop and not only did they have them in stock, they weren't taking advantage of the shortages by price gouging either, great prices... I was shooting the breeze with Anthony (the guy behind the counter) about cigars and he gave me some great advice on a makeshift humidor because I didn't have one. Needless to say this is my new go-to spot.”

“I was looking for a wine store around my office and I found this place. Went in the store and Bernard was such a wonderful person. He helped me and suggested a good wine for gift. Affordable and elegant wines. I bought 4 red wines. He even prepared it for me and walked me in the office to carry it all. I will definitely come back here to buy more wines/ spirits. “My brother took me here & I am happy he did. It's not too far from where I live. The store is clean and the operating hours are convenient for anyone. They have an abundance of smoking utensils to choose from at competitive prices. If they don't have what you are looking for they will make every effort to get it or offer some comparable to what you want. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially like Arthur. I bought a nice bong for a really good price. I bought it in 2022 and have been using it ever since, with no issues.”

“Hidden Eagle Rock gem. I've driven by this place hundreds of times and noticed the big CIGAR sign. I finally got a chance to go in and to my surprise, the inside is completely renovated. They have a huge walk-in humidor with the largest cigar selection i've seen in and around city of LA. Highly recommended.”

“They make you feel like you’ve known each other a long time - they are so welcoming and make you feel at ease. One time my card was rejected for payment. Several times I tried before finally giving up. You know I was feeling embarrassed and I didn’t want to hold up any other customers. But he said don’t worry. It’s ok. Try one more time. So I looked around , sighed, and swiped my card one more time. And it went through! I know it’s in his best interest to help me make a payment, but he was patient and understanding in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid or embarrassed. Idk why but that experience really struck me because there are so many people who are insensitive to the experience of others who just don’t care about how another person might be feeling.”

“Covid preparation was pretty good. The guy working here limited the amount of people allowed in the shop at one time. There was a plastic shield to protect customer and worker from having too much face to face contact. I felt pretty safe being in the shop. Worker seems to know his stuff when I came in and asked about some of the glass and goods they have in the shop. Price is competitive if not better than local shops around the area and definitely worth stopping by.”
