Stay away from this unreliable dry cleaner. Went there to have an alteration and dry cleaning for my blazer on a Monday and asked whether the piece would be ready by the Friday of same week, I was specifically told this will be ready by the next Monday to which I agreed. I went there instead on the following Wednesday after the promised pickup date, thinking of course the job has been done by then. Instead I found the piece was completely untouched, unaltered and not even cleaned!! I relied on this dry cleaning store to prepare my blazer for an important event on-time, yet they managed to do nothing and make me go buy a different set of blazer because of their laziness, lack of professionalism and lies. Ironically, when I went there to pick up the the blazer, the employee told me if I come back in 30 minutes, they can fix the alteration but of course I wouldn't trust this place anymore. If they could do this job in 30 minutes, why didn't they do it in the 10 days my blazer was sitting there? They also charge a lot compared to other drycleaners for alteration services.

I really appreciate having a local Dry Cleaners that provides excellent service, great customer service every time I arrive drop off and pick-up; and I leave with the confidence of knowing when I remove the plastic bag from my dry cleaning order, I am going to look great before the audiences I will be presenting to in my speaking engagement!!!

Believe all the negative reviews. This place has poor customer service and are so unprofessional. They delayed the item I brought to them, twice. I kept calling them to see if it was ready and they didn't keep their word. I noticed they were also ignoring my calls, as I would call them from a different number and they would pick up right away. I asked for a discount due to the delayed service. They did not want to compensate their customers due to their lateness. The man, Luis, even said to me "you're no good" and I quickly told him that was not right and he was very unprofessional to insult me. There was also another female lady working. They started speaking in their native language in front of me. I told her that this was not right and it was rude for her to do this. All this lady said was "ok" and proceeded to speak their language.Will never go to this cleaners ever again. Very unprofessional.

Poppy Cleaners is by far the worst dry cleaners I have ever used. Their workmanship is the worst. Their customer service is awful. They are all over the place. Catalina should be fired. This place should not be in business. They have no work ethics. My clothes are always wrinkled and not well pressed. I brought my clothes on several occasions for Poppy Cleaners to re-do them again and again and again and again and they still cannot get them right. On the last and final incident, I took 13 dress shirts and 10 dress pants to be dry cleaned. I also took a set of pants to have a hem repaired. Well, all 13 shirts and 10 pants were super wrinkled and not dry-cleaned properly. In addition, 2 white shirts sustained massive black stains all over due to their negligence. The hem they fixed had a different sewing thread color and it was perforated due to their carelessness. I requested to speak to management and my request was denied. I was told the owner is out of town and that he will call me back, but they never did. I requested a full refund, but it was denied. Catalina stated that they will not be issuing any refund because I was not coming back as a customer. BE SMART AND STOP COMING TO Poppy Cleaners. There are several great places around there. I will never ever come back again and under no circumstances will I ever recommend them.

This place is horrible. They lose clothes. They hand you clothes in July saying, "oh sorry, this is from March". They hand you clothes back un-ironed and wrinkled. Waste of time Waste of money. Go somewhere else.

Lost my suit jacket and have yet to show any video footage or connect me with owner. Keep giving me the run around and have not made any effort to resolve issue. It has been over 1 month. If they make an attempt to resolve this or make an effort to find my jacket I'll remove this post.

This cleaners doesn't honor hours its hours. I showed up 10 minutes to 7 and the person at the desk left and wouldn't open the door. So not cool. After I pick up my clothes I won't be back. I will take my business elsewhere.
