Wanted to support local and decided to work with Platinum Stitches. I had to provide 16 shirts for an event at my job. Unfortunately after I sent an email saying what I needed and we agreed days went by and they bailed leaving me 2 days to get a new place to fulfill my order. I’m sure they do good work but if you need something fast consider elsewhere

I've had such great experiences having team shirts printed here. Alicia and Chell are both great to work with. They really want your order to be designed well and come out great and work to make sure they understand your needs. We are SO lucky to have them in Altadena!

Chell was such a pleasure to work with! Very happy with my embroidered lab work coat. He matched the color of the embroidery perfectly with the other logo on the coat. Gave me a wide variety of fonts to choose from. Highly recommend!

Not only amazing customer service but they do beautiful work at a reasonable price. If you need any custom designs or embroidery I definitely recommend Platinum Stiches.

Called Platinum Stitches to see if they could personalize 4 vests as senior gifts. Just wanted their names embroidered. Chell quickly said yes and gave me a quote over the phone. Extremely reasonably priced! Called two other places and was told my order was too small and the other told me that they could not embroider on a puffer vest. She told me I would be very lucky if I found someone who could. Chell assured me it was no problem. Received the vests quickly. They came out perfectly and were lovingly received! Thank you and we will definitely be back!

Chelle is a man of hard work, professionalism, and just a kind/generous business man. He helped me find a solution to my bridal veil super last minute and was able to accommodate. And the results I was so beyond impressed with. Chelle also made sure that I didn't leave unhappy or else he wouldn't do it. He verified with me multiple times and even at one point mentioned he'd let me know if it was impossible/not up to his standards. To me, that's just honest work right there. Before I was lead to Chelle which I found his business through Yelp, another trusted vendor told me super last minute that they couldn't do my project even though I inquired and dropped off the veil a whole month beforehand. So for Platinum Stitches to come through so last minute is a huge blessing. THANK YOU CHELLE!

At my previous job we were needing to get a large order of jackets and Michelle was so helpful and made sure everything was perfect for us. She was nice and they do great work. Would definitely come back for future projects.

Chell was extremely communicative, and went above and beyond for our project that had a tight timeline. I highly recommend Platinum Stitches. They were extremely accommodating and patient with all the back and forth as I tried to figure out the design and all that. We appreciate it so much. And the end products look great! We'll be back with more projects soon!

Hmmm, cant say enough about my peeps at Platinum. They got my BBC shirts that I wanted and the logos on them came out perfect with the website on the back, I love these shirts and bought enough of them to not wear them out, lol. These are my goto folks for all my apparel for my company. Thanks again guys.

Professional, fast and accommodating. They created a college logo on my daughter's stole for graduation only a few days before the event. We were afraid that she wouldn't receive the actual one before her graduation. The embroidery was top quality and beautiful. After she received the actual stole with the graduation gown she chose to wear the one embroidered by Platinum Stitches.
