Lucille's is a very nice , quiet place and a good vibe place to wash and do laundry I really like it also I meet the owner and she was very nice and pleasant; really appreciate that !

They never have an attendant and someone put bleach in the machine staining one of my socks that I just threw away and it could have been worse the rest of my clothes and some new stuff I had and they probably won't care just let anyone go and vandalize most their stuff is out of service out dated and the restroom is always closed

Before 9:30pm I went to retrieve my laundry in the dryer and the doors were locked. I called their number and got no response. I texted them and no response. Then I drove to their other location nearby and two employees said the following ridiculous things:1. well sometimes people don’t come back for their clothes.2. how would we know if you were coming back?3. why were you doing laundry so late?what?!I mentioned that when they locked up they saw clothes still had 20 minutes on the dryer and would finish before their posted closing time of 10pm.Since this very unpleasant experience I read other Yelp reviews with similar issues.If you post a closing time and customers are counting on your business to be professional don’t tell your cleaning crew it’s ok to close early.

If I could give a zero I would. Washer broke with clothes inside. No staff. No answer to my texts. Hours wasted. My husband finally figured out how to reset the circuit breaker to get our clothes out. I even had to pay for the re-do wash! No refund. Owner NEVER called me back. Don't ever go there!!------------Responding to the owner's reply: I texted that number on the wall twice, called it once. No response. Your employee, a very nice older woman, showed up at one point and she could not help us. She phoned you multiple times during those next two hours and you did not respond to her either. She took my name and phone number down to give to you to contact me about a refund. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME. I'm not wasting my time to chase YOU down for seven dollars. Your laundromat has already wasted enough of my time.

very clean and calming place to do laundry! i’m so happy it’s open. the machines are reasonable prices and there’s nice seating to wait for your laundry.

There is a foul order in the laundromat!! You need to fix it that’s why I stay in my car till my laundry is done!! Are you changing the mop head when you mop? Put air freshener or something.
