Terrible service as others said. Have a Mr chill inflatable doesn't power on. Reply was it has to be plugged in...You think? I'm not sure whats worse that reply on no reply. A bunch of jokers it seems. Time for Amex chargeback

Ordering and shipping is 100% fast and easy!
Getting in touch with someone for a refund or return is a nightmare. It has been weeks now and the mailbox is always full. The recorded message states that you will receive a reply within 24 hours but that is false. Tried emailing a few times as well. No replies. This is now in the hands of my bank. Save your time and money.

I contacted them about a broken remote control they said they could replace it for me but I would have to pay shipping which was around $17. That's basically the price of a new car and remote control. In my opinion I was being taken advantage of not helped. I'll never do business with them again!!

Ordered 2 different products, sent me 2 of the same product, emailed customer service two weeks ago and never heard back anything, called the company several times nobody answers there is absolutely no customer service from this company definitely do not buy their products
