Best store to grab thee cutest outfits!!! The owner and her team are great! She herself styled me and my daughter and we left with multiple amazing fits :) super happy with the personal touch they gave and even threw in a gift for each of us!! Thank you ladies so much!! Love them so much I went online to grab the items I didn't leave there with.

BEWARE!!! I ordered some cut up jeans from Lailah's Loft for $58.00 over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive the order. As soon as I clicked the button it said your item as been shipped click the button for tracking information and yet there is no tracking information to get. I tried calling could not reach anybody. I sent a email and got no response so I am starting to think this company is a scam either way even if I get the jeans at this point I would never order from them again.

After hours of online shopping for the perfect bridesmaid dress, I stumbled upon Lailah's Loft and was ecstatic when I found their options. I found a dress that was almost the exact same as a dress that I really wanted from Lulus (except Lailah's Loft was offering it for $20 cheaper). I spoke with Natalie on the phone several times to confirm that the champagne/beige color that is in the photo on their website is the same as the dress from Lulu's. She assured me that it was the exact same and therefore, ordered the Convertible Wear multiply ways Sexy Women Boho Maxi Dress. When I received the dress, I was shocked that the dress was not only the completely wrong color (it was eggshell white), but it was also see-thru!!! I immediately returned the dress 2 months ago and asked for a refund because the dress looks nothing like the photo or how it was explained over the phone. Plus it is completely see-thru.... After months of waiting and emailing Lailah's Loft, I finally got part of my money back.... Needless to say, it was a complete waste of time and money. I do not think that it is ethical for them to not send me a full refund since it was falsely advertised. Definitely not shopping here again or recommending to anyone!
