They get no score the lady in the morning is so rude if your a lady she won't speak mybe because I'm black but she sure is nice to all the men especially the one she works with he a black guy and she sooo cool with. Him she not friendly I have to be the one who speak first overall don't go in the morning because loopy is not friendly to Black women

A woman was asking for gas money to get home so I decided to go inside to put $5 on the pump the woman was parked at. When I approached the register there were already 2 bags of Doritos on the counter. When the cashier charged me for the gas she also charged and reversed $5.99 for BBQ Doritos but I didn't purchase BBQ Doritos at all. And when I asked why, she wouldn't give me an answer as to why, she only kept repeating that the charge for the Doritos was removed and that I was charged only for the gas. Ok, but why was that charged to my tab in the first place???

I frequently use this AMPM and I feel totally taken advantage of by the experience from the employee , of whom was on duty 03/02/2023 I went inside the store and I witnessed a man dropping to the floor on a mat. He started to pray and I waited for several minutes until he was done. After the clerk was finished praying I asked him to help me with my problem that I had explained to him before he started his prayer session. He went crazy with me and refused to acknowledge my problem with the lotto machine. He said that I would get a refund after he was done praying. But that was a lie, he became very abrasive and gave partial refund. I asked him if I could get all of money back, he said no after asking several times, he threw the rest of my refund on the floor. A kind gentleman that was waiting in line picked up the rest of my money.

I've been here about four times in the past month and every single time I come the pumps are always not working. The chip reader always malfunctions. This has been going on for a while the owner of this Arco is too cheap to get them fixed. Don't waste your time here

Monica has a very bad attitude omg I have never had a more rude person in my life i went in the cash my lotto ticket in and ask her was she gonna count my money she said there it is and left it on the counter. I am sure she has bigger issues I think if you work in customer service try to be pleasant. I will be reporting her. Owner needs to know that she needs to work on her skills

Card reader doesn't work, pumps pump slow, and attendant doesn't answer the help button when pressed...or is it broken? Minimum wage help = minimum wage service. Mike A reply is appreciated, but the explanation doesn't add up. You aSsume this was my only visit. The truth is, I've been here before, and was finally fed up enough to complain about the card reader. This has happened before. Next, why does your attendant not answer the help button? Is it broken and being ignored like the card reader, or does she just ignore it? I even asked if she heard me, and she didn't answer. You claim we can't fix it if we don't know about it. I'm sure people have let you know, but considering the general condition of the location, I'm guessing deferred maintenance is the norm. OTHER Argos card readers seem to work fine, so your excuse about protecting us is merit less.

I stopped by to buy a Scratchers Lottery ticket and didn't win any prizes. The store is right next door to another liquor store, so you can try your luck at any of the two. Parking on a hill is no fun so make sure you set your parking brake.

Welp I should've taken the other reviews to heart. Yes the woman is rude!! They also don't have any restrooms which is a HUGE NO NO as an Uber/Lyft Driver!!! Yet on the outside of the store they advertise they have an "Instant Gas Discount for Uber & Lyft Drivers"... WHY IN THE FLOCK WOULD WE WANT TO STOP SOMEWHERE THAT GAS NO RESTROOMS FOR US TO USE!!?!??? ARE THEY SERIOUS??!!! UMMMMM NO!!!

The guy is a f****** crook. Went in to buy something that was displayed at 2 for $2.50. A****** charges me $6 for 2. I correct him pointing to the sign, and in the most condescending tone the cashier tries to explain that he is charging extra for the credit card processing fee of $0.50. Makes no sense. I stand there motionless and wordless with shock. He then recounts incorrectly and offers me $2 back. Seems to me like he would owe me $3. I was in a rush and this guy seemed like he needed the $1 more than I did, so I left it at that and walked out with my falsely advertised overpriced beverages confident that I would never return. Scum like this prey on people in these neighborhoods for a reason. They need to be ran out.

This station has the rudest woman working in the mornings. Why do you employ people who obviously do not want to be working there? I see her mistreat customers time after time. Owner: Why is nothing done? I would never put up with her rudeness.

The best thing about this Arco is Lupe. She is always so nice and helpful and works so fast under pressure. She's an example to how other shifts should work. Its not the same when Lupe isn't there.

Popped in here to buy a few Powerball tickets -- it looked like one of the places that could be a lucky, little hidden gem! Unfortunately, I didn't end up winning anything, but this has the vibe of a place that could be lucky. From what I saw, this looks like a typical convenience store that has anything you might need (snack, beverage, essentials... and in my case... lottery tickets!). There is parking right out front, though I walked here from down the street whilst running an errand. 2018: 6/100
