In just going to say this.. If you like spending money to ve disrespected and given attitude then this is definitely the store to go to. I literally had to call the manager for all dollar kings just to exchange an item because the girl "Stefani" said they don't do exchanges unless it's the same exact price and they don't do returns. I go here alot and a majority of the time the attitude from everyone is bad. Im. Oy expecting special treatment.. I am just expecting to be treated the way dollar king expects their employees to treat custimers and i am certain this is not the Dollar King way. I called the general manager David and he was baffled.. probably about as baffled as I am to see this location has 4 stars. If I see the same employees next time I go here I will walk right back out. I would have given negative stars if possible.

This place is a hit or miss with customer service. Today I asked for a bag to put my purchased items into. I was stunned to notice that the young worker handed me the bag instead of bagging it for me. She seemed irritated that I even asked for one. Isn't it their job to bag the items?! I was a bit confused.

Every Dollar King I walk in I know exactly what items I am going to find, the store is going to be clean, friendly customer service and this store is no exception. It all trickles down, the managers at corporate level I'm sure are respectful with employees, store managers respectful with their subordinates and so as a result I am positive the employees treat the clients with respect, keep the store clean and are always helpful when I need assistance. It's really cool that they have a bunch of stores spread out in LA. Regardless where I am at in LA if I need something I'll search Dollar King and always one pops up like a couple of miles from where I am at. Nothing but appreciation for how I am treated any time I walk into a Dollar King and if the corporate office is reading this I am sure you already know but every time I walk into Dollar King I am treated with respect. I wish your company much success!

The best place in town. So clean, organized and stocked with great products. Lots of name brand items. Great prices. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I literally spend hours there shopping.

All but one employee were not wearing any mask at all. The one who rang me up was wearing a mask, and she was very courteous. I volunteer helping cancer patients with little or no immune system, I won't take any risk bringing any germs back to them. I use to shop here very often. I won't be returning.
