My father has lived in Altadena for 50 years, is 88, nearly blind and cannot keep up in today’s automated world. He needed help with some fraud on his B of A account and it was difficult to help him online or over the phone. So we went into this bank. They were so helpful, took extra time, three gentlemen helped us get to the right person, they were patient with me and my frustration and we got it resolved. They really went out of their way to help and I’m grateful.

No one ever answers the phone. Need to go to the branch to get anything done. When I do, always hear disgruntle customers. Complained to assistant manager, he seemed to know about the situation and said he will resolve it but nothing has been done.

My dad tried to open a savings account for my aunt, My dad has all the valid power of attorney paperwork. The person helping my dad was helpful until it came time to approve the account. She said it had to be approved by the branch manager so when my dad asked for the manager she presented the assistant manager who was no help. The branch manager refused to come into the office to approve the opening of the account. The only solution they had was to take the money to another branch to open the account some where else only after we call to see if the branch manager is in the office. why would we waste time doing that, why not just bring the manager into the office where they belong

I just went to this branch to use the ATM. First thing I noticed as I entered and exited- trash, everywhere. This is a bank, a place that does serious business. There's trash outside. It's disgusting! Please improve the location.

There are five ATMs that remain in service when the bank has closed. The people working there are all very polite and professional. Park in the rear.

I love this branch! Every employee in there is so kind and helpful! I love that there are a lot of bilingual employees, especially because there are a lot of Spanish speaking seniors and people in the community. I'm not a senior myself , but it makes me happy to know people in the community are being helped in the language they feel most comfortable in. Thank you to all the employees who help me every week with my deposits and for making it a nice experience !

The workers were like puppets, told what to do and say,, no warmth with customer service. They just take your money and not respond to making the customer feel welcome. Cold customer service.

My experience at this BOA was not bad at all I happened to get in during the week in the early morning start while most people were heading to or where already at work, the employees and managers try there best at this branch to serve their customers.

The manager here “Daryl” doesn’t know how to communicate well. He said “I am the manager of this branch, and I know how our system runs”. But it seems like he doesn’t know some of their policy haha. He can’t even answer my question properly.
