needed a simple fob key battery for my Prius. These items are normally about 8 or 9 bucks for two batteries. This store is charging $9.84 for a single battery for a key fob. That is 100 markup. Avoid this place if you value your hard-earned money.

Was headed to the bank to pull out money to buy a new battery from AutoZone and came across B&M. I called and found out they had better prices and even installed my battery. He went over and beyond even cleaning and lubing the terminals before putting in the new battery. Last , be tested the voltage before I left. It felt good to support a local business instead of a big chain. I even got prices on some parts so no doubt, will be bak. Highly recommend!!

Nick is the best! I purchased a battery from him and he installed it for almost nothing. Then several months latter my car would not start. Nick drove to my house and used his battery charger on it for several hours. He even made sure my alternator was working properly. Turned out to be a faulty internal mechanism in my car that was draining the battery. Nick went way out of his way to help me out and all at no charge!

This is a local business, and I always prefer using small mom and pop's rather than the chains. The owner was cordial, professional and gave me what I felt was a fair price. The work I believe is fine.The only thing that concerned me was that we are in the middle of the Covid pandemic, and he did not wear a mask, either inside or outside the store. At my age in my medical condition, I can not be around this type of risk, but I went along with it and stayed outside without saying anything.A few hours later I called and expressed my concern (nicely) re: lack of mask. He stated it was a personal decision and I could come into the store and discuss with him, which I have no inclination to do.I did not tell him that I would no longer solicit his business due to his lack of concern for his customer's health, but it is true. Unfortunate, but these are the buying choices we must make in this pandemic season.

I live just down the street from this place. Needed some replacement lightbulbs for my car. Stopped in, they had what I needed and I picked up new wiper blades too. Super great service. The guy even walked up the street with me and put my blades on for me! Please support this local business!

I really like this place. I needed windshield wipers. I got two for $20 and Nick offered to install them....& did so quickly. Super friendly & helpful...no long line & waiting like I have experienced in other auto parts stores & the big plus of willing to help install...without even asking. This will be my first go to auto parts store.
