I had 3 family members pass away one behind the other, and Arnold's funeral home handled every one of them. They are a very caring family. Theresa was my representative who helped me personally she was awesome. Everything was handled wonderfully. I would and have recommended this funeral home. Thank you Arnold's Family Funeral home! Warning...do not order flowers online from this funeral service. I paid $127.99 for an arrangement that looked nice online. When i arrived at the funeral service i looked for my beautiful arrangement but it was nowhere to be found. One of the directors pointed out a "possible" arrangement that looked like something ordered from the grocery store that an angry cat attacked. Then he asked me if I had the receipts
! Duh!
Stick to 1-800 FLOWERS.

I really appreciated everything alex and his company did going through such a hard time and he was always there and reassured me after every step.. very professional and respectful there is no easy way to grieve but at least there is a way to take off the stress of having the funeral arrangements would strongly recommend them for any funeral services

To be new to this Teresa was busy, hardly followed up on anything until reminded to. CBT Time on both visits… My family members is so polite & understanding.. BUT SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE @ this time… I had to walk out because a youth who passed & the mom has to be understanding & take all the sorry & apologies…. ???.By the way THE OWNER, had the nerve to say we were BULLYING.. WOW don’t use unless money is a problem ITS NOT FOR US SO WERE GOING ELSEWHERE . End of Life should NOT BE HARD WITH INSURANCE…..

I would not even give Arnolds one star!!! Arnolds discarded of my Godson's personal property without permission of the family once he was picked up from the coroners office and lied about it. One of the owners of Arnold (Lance Arnold) was caught on speaker phone telling our assigned consultant (Theresa) not to allow us to BULLY her. Now there is ABSOLUTELY NO TRUST!! The family is trying to relocate our loved one to another mortuary

Eventually we'll all need the service but funeral services are not something you know how to shop around for. At the darkest time in your life you're asked to make so many decisions. Fortunately for us, Alex from Arnold Family Funeral Services came into our lives. My son passed away and I was lost. Alex guided us through the process and took such good care of my son. Alex was responsive and kind. He told me what to expect, checked on us and paid attention to all the little details that meant so much to us. We will never forget how he cared for us from the day they picked up my son to the day we picked up his cremains. The entire staff was amazing. They helped us to honor my son in a way that felt personal. I told Alex about my boy and he surprised us with special touches that put smiles on our faces during this awful time. The flowers were beautiful (way more than we expected on our budget). The service, the viewing, the obituaries were so tasteful. My son was treated with such honor and respect. I'm forever indebted to Alex and his team. Thank you!

Mr. Arnold also owns a Lincoln and he received the loaner I had just used. I left my sunglasses and when the concierge called him on my behalf he promised they would be with receptionist.I just went to pick them up and remembered it is a Black owned *family* business with 5 star ⭐️ reviews!Let us amplify and celebrate their amazing business and decades of service to the community!

We recently lost a loved one and Alex with Arnold Family Funeral held our hand throughout the entire process from beginning to end. This is the second time that my family has worked with Alex and he has always been professional and helpful in every way. This was by worst the worst funeral home I went to.. my husband was murder in 2020 and as his wife I didn’t get any respect what so ever they let everyone else handle everything and didn’t not once show any respect towards me or my feelings as I was grieving the lost of my husband.. Lance allow my husband mother to Make all the decisions on my husband funeral..that whole process was terrible unprofessional and and hurt me to my cure.. thank you for that horrible experience that I will Never forget..2yrs Later still pain??
