We were first time buyers concerned about the process of buying a home until we were introduced to Steve. I met Steve in the midst of a remodel disaster during COVID with a contractor that went missing, with my family already relocated out of state...a stressful time. Steve took the time to walk me through the steps of gaining control back of my remodel, gave me terrific advice, great contacts for constructing bids and eventual a remodel project completed. It was a no-brainer to have Steve represent me in selling the house. Steve did an amazing job during the sale if our home. He connected us with someone that can take care of a few repairs and he oversaw that everything was completed. Due to his efforts.
