My family's dogs have been coming here for YEARS! They are part of the VIP program and get weekly baths. They love and care for our dogs. During the fires, the owner knew we were in an evacuation warning area and wanted to make sure we were ok. She was ready to come in after hours board the boys if we needed it. We love that they love our dogs as much as we do! Thank you!

I have the VIP package. It's worth every penny! My 2 large doodles play outside most of the day. I can't handle dirty, stinky dogs in my house, so their weekly baths make all the difference in the world. The dogs look forward to going there. They love all the wonderful employees! We've been going for many years.

We've been bringing our husky/Shepard mix here for years. Great service and she loves getting a new bandana with each bath. Tried a different groomer once with a discount rate and came right back here, worth every penny.

I had my dog boarded for a week here while my family was on vacation. I've never done dog boarding before so I was really scared, but they told me they'd walk her twice a day and have her with them up front if she was nervous or upset. They bathed her before I picked her up and gave her a cute bandana too! The only thing that bothered me was she didn't smell like she'd been groomed when I picked her up, but she didn't smell bad. The business was stinky both times I went in but hopefully out isn't always like that.

There was a bit of a mix up on the date of pick up so the dogs weren't able to get a bath but they were able to accommodate me picking them up. They also tried to randomly charge me for an extra day but I caught it and they refunded me the extra charge.

Been taking my babies here for years on n off. Denise is my go to woman when something happen with them and she always gave great advices n opinions. The main reason i love denise n her crew is because gadget, our chihuahua dachshund mix has very bad anxiety when we are not around, denise n her crew always take great care of her n it really shows when we pick her up she has her tail wagging and barking happily to let us know. We recently went on a week vacation and we had all three babies in her care, we were able to enjoy our trip without worrying bout our babies even tho we miss the like crazy. they are so content n happy and took their nap as soon as we are home. thank you to denise n her crew for taking care our babies n keep them happy

Took my dog here today to get a de-shedding and wash. She’s shedding even more than when I dropped her off, and they even charged me an extra fee that they never told me about. They did not give me the service that I asked and paid for. We called them and tried to fix it, then proceeded to argue with us over the phone about the poor service they gave us while mixing up their story. Will never be bringing back either of our dogs. All they care about is a quick buck.

Country Waggin Resort came to our rescue when we were evacuated from big Bear during the fire. Can't thank the owner enough for taking the dogs in and helping us out when we had nowhere to go. We have been coming here for years for boarding and had no complaints. Everybody was so nice. When covid hit, we paused boarding our dog because we weren't really travelling far like we used to. Now that vacation and travel is back, we boarded our dog again and the staff remembers him, even the smallest detail! Denise is awesome and service is excellent. You can't beat a service like that. I'm glad we know her for years.
